Nuojin Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, and the security guards were warm and attentive. Special thanks to security guards 041, 057, and 042 who helped us with our luggage and even cleaned our car!

I originally booked this as just a quick stopover on my trip, but I was so surprised to find that the hotel itself is a destination! The comfortable room and warm service instantly soothed away my travel fatigue. The staff thoughtfully brought us local fruits and even washed our car. Every single employee had a smile on their face. It's been a long time since I've experienced such attentive service.

The service was great! They even offer a late-night snack with warm milk and oatmeal, which was a nice touch. The environment is lovely, and the room is very bright. The bathroom is quite transparent, which might not be for everyone, but the bed is super soft, and the pillows offer a good mix of soft and firm options.

Five-star review! From check-in to check-out, even though it was just one night, the staff were amazing. After driving the Qinghai-Gansu grand loop, they made sure the car was spotless. Huge thanks to masters with employee IDs 42 and 55, and also to employee 041!

The hotel is located in the commercial center of Jiayuguan city, surrounded by many local specialty eateries. Right at its doorstep is Yingbin Lake Scenic Park, and it's very convenient to get to Jiayuguan Pass, the First Beacon Tower scenic area, and the airport. The hotel service is very professional and thorough. In particular, the staff even helped clean my car. Special thanks to staff members #41 and #57 for washing my car.

The five stars are for the security guard at the entrance, probably Mr. 42. He smiled and greeted us as soon as he saw our car, and even helped with our luggage. Mr. 41 and Mr. 57 polished our car until it shined – a huge thank you to them! In stark contrast to the security guards, the front desk staff were completely expressionless. It was like ice and fire! Don't five-star hotels offer smile service at the front desk anymore? I booked a deluxe lake view room, which offers a distant glimpse of a corner of the lake in a street-side park. It was a hundred more expensive than a standard room, but I don't really see the difference. The breakfast was quite ordinary, truly not what I'd expect from a five-star hotel.

Excellent service! Drivers 42 and 55 at the entrance even washed our car, and staff member 50 thoughtfully brought oatmeal to our room. However, I wouldn't recommend the loft suite in summer because the second floor gets very hot (the air conditioning is on the first floor).
