Very nice & spacious room's. This hotel equipped with complementary 24 hrs laundry washing machine & dryer. Clean bed room & only bathroom look a old fashioned but is clean & tiny.

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi.
Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use.
Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space.
There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away.
Highly recommended to everyone.

酒店新裝修的，很智能，同時也提供了小禮物，這是值得肯定的，但是好酒店更應該注重細節。本次住宿有幾點希望希望改進：1.熱水出水很慢，30分鐘以後還是很温的水，試想冬天會否感冒？打電話問前台，樓層高管線長，所以就是不停的放水……但也就差成，哎～2.整個酒店沒有🉑掛毛巾或衣服的鈎子，所以洗澡完了衹能裸着出來穿衣服～毛巾也衹好放枱面上。3,酒店在一條老街上，所以周邊吃的很少，很不方便。

整體還可以，有一些需要改進的，房間沒有抽紙，床邊很鋒利很容易劃破，還有上晚班的有一個女的態度不太好，一問三不知，問啥都説沒有，跟欠他錢一樣很不耐煩，無語死了
