路過夜宿一次，乾淨整潔，印象挺好，下次路過還會住，因為在平遙和靈石之間，所以上兩張風景照，平遙古城和王家大院的

應該是當地最好的酒店了吧，房間超級大，配色很潮。尤其喜歡寬敞明亮的衞生間區域。介休是個寶藏小城，強烈推薦後土祠，祆神廟和介休博物館

酒店位置優越，硬件一流，大堂和房間整體設計色彩使人舒服，應該算是介休最豪華的酒店了，不輸一些品牌五星酒店，大堂員工特別前台范小姐工作熱情使人賓至如歸。

酒店温瑛經理免費幫忙升級房型，房間和衞生間都超級大，還有衣帽間，早餐種類很多，第一次來，非常滿意的入住體驗，服務人員熱情，禮貌，床很舒服，洗澡水壓大，外面天冷來到了酒店心裏暖暖的，再次感謝温經理[微笑]

新開一年的酒店，硬件設施很不錯，環境也很好。但是前台的服務太差了，跟朋友一起出行預訂了6間房。在我已經付完房間全款後，前台還要我再交5000元的按金，而且房間裏沒有擺放任何消費品。經過協商交了3000按金，猶豫晚上要在酒店用一個晚餐，特意問了前台可不可以掛房賬。前台承諾我説是可以的。但吃完晚餐結賬的時候又不可以掛房賬了，原因是我交的按金不夠。我們總共才吃了1106的晚餐。怎麼就不夠了呢！於是我打算投訴，餐廳又跟前台協商，後來來了一位經理協調，首先表示歉意，不想讓我投訴，但還是要先把晚餐費用結了。猶豫已經很晚了，所以不想浪費時間，就付了晚餐費用。經理為了表示歉意説送我們每間房一份水果。我看了一下預訂單，本身我預訂的時候就包含一份水果的。這位經理一看我的訂單後又改口説第二天早上再每間房送一份水果。等今天早上到我退房，也沒看到再有水果贈送來。本身並不是在意水果，但這家酒店的服務確實是太讓人失望了。而且房間裏的圓形書桌一點也不結實，輕輕一碰就晃來晃去的。真不敢想象這五鑽的酒店品質就這樣！

總體不錯，撞色設計大膽，服務人員態度都很友好，大堂有玫瑰花茶和檸檬茶，早點也還行，還有機器人服務，距襖神樓和後土廟都很近。但是作為新的酒店，硬件維護跟五星酒店有很大差距：衞浴器具，台盆都有污垢，住了兩天，第二天毛巾看我沒有用，鋪在枱麪，也不收拾、重新規整、補充。
