酒店位置不錯，停車方便，吃飯也方便。酒店前台接待人員專業、熱情，房型給免費升了級。房間衞生比較好，設施齊全，洗澡水很熱，水比較沖。早餐營養搭配合理，口味還可以。就是菜辣的比較多，早餐10點結束，9點到餐廳，有些東西沒有了也不再上了，9點30客人還在吃飯，服務員就開始搞衞生了，擦窗台，擦沙發靠背，倒垃圾桶，你能想象出在這樣的環境下吃飯是什麼感受。

漢庭酒店一直是旅行住宿的首選，因為房間乾淨、寬敞、光線充足；前台服務、房務打掃效率都高，介休市政府店這家漢庭的早餐更是值得推薦，尢其現煮的餛飩很可口，幫忙烹煮的阿姨很親切，我連吃3天，到現在還回味無窮，若有機會再到介休，一定還住這家。

房間很乾凈，很大。過年來這邊住的，房間很暖和，窗户可以大開，好評。前台的服務很好，需要的東西都會幫忙協助。早餐種類有點少，加上人特別多，據説是老年旅遊團，我們根本搶不到位置。再有就是感覺隔音還是稍微差點，走廊裏的聲音也是聽的一清二楚。
