在松花湖住過很多次，這次體驗是最差的，住的房間裏有很多東西，好像是有人在這兒一直住，被子和枕頭都不是乾淨的，有一股臭味，前台的服務員態度極其惡劣，而且這個房間的位置是最遠的，走路到雪場得20分鐘，永遠不會來這家。

柚子哥哥人很好！ 超級負責任！ 因為是當天晚上才訂的房間！ 我從吉林市出發！ 到達酒店都十一點多了。他還在等着！ 還幫忙訂雪票 訂早餐 告訴我從住的地方到雪具大廳怎麼走。沒有像別人説的那麼遠 我一個女孩子也就走了7分鐘。還有下午滑累了還免費接我。特別貼心！ 房間是帶投影儀的好像是堅果的。房間非常温馨！ 總體感覺都挺好的。 下次還住他家！ 謝謝柚子的服務！

性價比超高的房間，住了3天，睡了3天好覺，有家一樣的住宿感覺，東西設備都很新而且很乾凈，該有的都有，樓下有自助便利店，去雪場可以坐樓下的擺渡車記得提前看好時間，如果步行的話，走得快10分鐘，老闆柚子人很好，租東西可以找他，有優惠

b#衞生你要是住一個月，他一個月不給你打掃，我們住了那麼多天連紙都沒送過，老闆説一天一打掃或者五天一打掃他打掃不起、衞生有待反思#服務老闆特地在我們退房時間超時然後卡點跟我們説超時了按金退不了，我們人早就不在了，衹是放了個箱子在屋裡，他説按金不可能退
