元旦帶着父母和孩子去吉林松花湖滑雪場跨年，在攜程上預訂的是另外一家民宿，但是因為房東原因無法正常入住攜程諮詢了我的需求後更換了這家。首先説一下好的方面：1. 位置離雪場很近 2. 房東比較熱情，發訊息回覆及時 3. 屋內有滑梯孩子比較喜歡。再説下不好的地方：1. 衞生真的很差，沙發、地面、桌面、洗手間很多衞生死角，不忍細看。2. 設施不齊備，水龍頭壞的、熱水器容量也不夠，洗一半沒熱水了；沒有正常的毛巾、浴巾都是一次性的薄的棉柔巾；沒有正常的床上用品、也都是被芯套的一次性紙巾材質的套子，讓人很不適；房東的個人物品堆積在室內櫃子裏，怎麼講，既然選擇做民宿就還是要把個人物品儘量清理好，或者專門有個空間集中放置個人物品，商業出租還是要和客人還有邊界感的。不用的麻將桌也側放在房間裏看着很亂。已經過了一段時間了、但是回想起這次旅行單從住宿角度是不滿意的，以後選民宿也會更加謹慎。

房間上下三層， 房間有地暖，距離雪場的距離尚可，往北有一家下午兩點🕑開的小超市，斜着38號有一家24小時自助超市，方便。管家全程微信，房間裏都是一次性四件套等，性價比不錯。

這別墅性價比太高了，比公寓都要便宜，住了2晚，還特別暖和，別墅房間裏給的都是一次性的床單被套枕套，該説不説老闆挺下成本的，出門在外還有這麼乾淨衞生的房子住，下次還來！

沒想到這麼暖和，比每年的供熱好，位置好。住的那個沒有台階的別墅走路很方便，我們四個人，在房東手裡買的雪票，價格也很低，總體驗很不錯

住了一晚又續租了，跟之前住的別家的別墅户型一樣，都是3層，房東説這裏的裝修都是萬科自帶的，看着都沒什麼區別，而且別墅位置都在這個區域，這家最具有性價比的，比住公寓都要划算，希望明年不要漲價！

獨棟別墅，環境非常好。樓下就有擺渡車坐不過需要3塊，哈哈哈。一家人過來滑雪首選。
