優點：1位置好。就在中心廣場旁邊。2有自己的院子，停車方便。3新開業酒店，設備比較新，房間挺大的，但還是有一點點裝修的味道。4早餐挺豐富的，味道也不錯。 建議可以提升的方面：1入住體驗一般，辦理入住時正好有團隊入住，辦完直接把房卡給我，沒有告知我樓層，還是我主動詢問；贈送的mini吧、入住禮和晚安飲品也是主動詢問後，答覆會在下午一起送到房間。2浴室淋浴的開關是旋鈕，並且特別緊，廢了九牛二虎之力也關不上，衹能先出來打電話叫客房幫忙，説是衹能用毛巾擰，詢問能不能調松一點，答覆衹能第二天上午解決，洗個澡手第二天手還在疼。3床上用品有沒洗乾淨的污漬和毛髮。4大廳旁邊仍然在裝修，沒有完工，味道很大，並且在大廳喝咖啡噪音也很大。 整體：在吉隆算很不錯的酒店，但將近800的價格，希望可以再服務方面繼續提升一下。

這個酒店是我在口岸住過4-5家裡麪床最舒服的，這個是不可否認的，性價比很高，服務也不錯，但是隔壁在施工，這個施工有多奇葩呢？就是我住這個酒店，不准我把車停在酒店門口（不是酒店不準，是施工呢要求。挺無語的，因為路口是沒有停車位的，如果非要我們停在路口那衹能違停，是要被貼罰單的！於是我停在了不影響施工的位置，但是還是被要求移車兩次！真的很無語！停的時候都跟施工的確認了停在這裏沒問題的情況下才停的！開車來的朋友們慎重選擇！沒有停車位真的很煩加上這裏的交警也比較🤢，懂得都懂，我人在車裡 在路邊等人都貼我罰單！其次呢這個施工的是早8幹到晚8，並且這個施工聲音巨大！5D環繞在你耳邊！於是我早上9點多就起床準備退房！簡直是一種折磨！

The hotel employs most local Tibetans. Although the communication in Mandarin is not particularly smooth, they are very hospitable and considerate. I drove thousands of miles from Shenzhen to this border town and felt full of security. I was in the restaurant at this time.
