針對差評的原因有以下幾點建議：1.自己所定房型（都轉第豪華標間）與商家在商品頁所描述實完全不一致（賣家標註速食品、軟飲、歡迎水果、小食）都沒有。2.陽台、露台，沒有。3.所定房型浴缸、浴衣都是沒有的，毛巾不提供，浴巾全部是一次性的。4.至於商品頁所標註的針線包、開夜床、歡迎禮品更不用説的。5、民宿不提供早餐，至於商品頁標註的（加早18元/位）也衹是噱頭。早餐需要自己到村裡早餐店去吃。針對以上情況，可以定性為虛假宣傳、欺詐消費。入住當天時間約在14:15左右，自己所定的房型還沒有打掃。店主給我換了一個套房，但是房間衞生依然沒有打掃完。等了約15分鐘後才入住房間。當晚下大雨，所住房間窗台有漏水情況，導致放在窗台衣物打濕。房間熱水需要放至少3分鐘才能出熱水。浴缸地漏漏水情況嚴重。

我來説説為什麼給低分1、看到評價説有充電樁才來這家，管家入住前告知可以使用充電樁，還詢問我充電口是否匹配；辦理入住後告知我規定充電樁使用一次50元，儘管我的小車充滿也就衹用15度電；其他住客免費使用，因為連住時間較長。2、廁所有兩雙涼拖，其中粉色的一雙全是黴斑；洗澡用的是一次性浴巾，熱水器是用電的，需要提前燒水，所以輪到第二個人洗的時候水已經不怎麼熱了；淋浴的噴頭可以調節，但要麼是水壓大到刺痛皮膚，要麼是衹有霧沒什麼水。3、房間裏沒有電視，但是有個電信的電視盒子；空調遙控器沒電，打開電池倉發現電池有被咬過的痕跡。4、房間位置在大堂後側，大堂兼顧飯店功能，所以後廚燒菜的味道會傳到房間裏來，而且是半夜十點左右傳來的。私以為描述的非常客觀了，打工人不騙打工人，僅供各位參考。
