Perfect location. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby . Nice swimming pool

I really enjoyed my stay and the hospitality from this hotel. We stayed in the duplex room and the location was great. There will be music coming from the night market till about 12am but that's the beauty of it. The location is ideal for accessing everything and the staff will try to help you with whatever you ask them for.

The room itself was fine, comfortable, working TV, hot shower, nice balcony. This hotel was very difficult to find because it doesn't look exactly like the pictures, and there's lots of hotels around this area that look the same. I've added photos to help. The hotel didn't feel that secure, as it's completely open, the pool is backed onto and in full view of the road. It's very noisy, but very close to the nightmarket, which is nice. I was woken up at 2:30am by noisy guests who were not told to be quiet. I wouldn't stay again but if you're looking for somewhere central, fairly cheap and don't care about the noise, then it's fine.

Good location next to the night Market and central town but incredibly noisy until at least 01:00am, earplugs didn't get rid of the noise. Staff were lovely. Lots of restaurants around. Pool is nice but full of kids until it closes at 23:00.

Excellent little hotel. Owners were very helpful and found us a local driver to take us on day trips. Pool was also great to use after a long day touring. Superb location, steps down directly to bridge for access to the floating market or just walk right for 2 mins to reach the temple and night market. The village area its set in is amazing. Very cute roads all around filled with lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Room was spotlessly clean, 2 big balconies overlooking the pool. Stayed with my family of 5 and we all loved this place. Oh, huge beds and really comfortable too- can sleep 3 kids to a bed easily. Friendly staff who were welcoming. Communicated with the staff fine through our phones. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great to have the pool which is well maintained as the weather was very hot. If you want to join in the party atmosphere in Xishuangbanna night market this is an ideal location, no queuing to get in as literally a few steps down from the road opposite and you are there and you can share the music until the early hours. The area surrounding the inn is vibrant there is so much to explore. Definitely stay there again.

The pool is great although not heated, so it is very cold. The location is great, close to the night market. Because of location of the night market it is very loud until midnight every night. Room could’ve been cleaner, under the beds were gross.

Great location. Only minutes walk from the night market. The room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely swimming pool to refresh yourself after a long day of exploring Xishuangbanna. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel which I would happily return to, if it wasn't for the noise from the market 'party' that is held every night until well after midnight. Even with doors and windows closed, it's impossible to sleep. Without this, would be perfect.

We loved this guesthouse! We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. So the room was great, we actually booked one of the smaller double rooms, but after seeing inside one of the duplex rooms when we come again next time we will book one of those instead cause they looked gorgeous! The location is perfect especially for the night market which is only very short walk away. This could be an issue though if you like an early night and are a light sleeper as the night market goes on rather late. In terms of amenities, the main thing I liked was the swimming pool, it was refreshing and certainly not as cold as I expected. I spent several happy hours in there. There is no restaurant on site, but you are surrounded by lots of restaurants and the owner kindly pointed us in the direction of one of the great ones. The best thing about this place though is the service. It’s a family run guesthouse and they all, from the grandparents to the owners to the little baby, really make you feel welcome! Just book! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing location and very accommodating hosts, swimming pool is refreshing.

The hotel is in a great location, the room is very clean ,the only inconvenient is too noisy until 1 am because is very close to the night market. In the swimming pool the frogs have a concert too every night

Great location, perfect 🤩 actually! Right in the buzz of the town, pretty environment, fun for families, great restaurants around, fun fun fun! Only negative thing is you can hear the night market party till 1am! It kinda feels like you fell asleep in the corner of the night club, it’s ok but not ideal. 😜 Best thing is the swimming pool! It’s clean, it’s a good size, you can jump and play and best of all… you don’t need to wear a swimming cap!

The location is next to the night market and there's a big show till 12pm with loud music every day. The owners are very nice and they have a nice pool. When we arrived the room was not that clean but they cleaned it again and it was ok.
