The problem with this hotel is that there are just too many interns from the school! Out of 10 staffs probably 9 are interns! With that, the service is downright bad.. beside this, the room was in a very bad state too.. When we entered the room, there were water all over the place! (See photo) It was like someone had a shower in the room. We informed the front desk and an intern came with a mop.. unfortunately she was not efficient with it and I ended up cleaning the floor myself! The buffet at the restaurant was not much to be desired! During breakfast, as there were no more bread, we requested to have some bread.. Unfortunately, it took them more than 30 minutes to get the bread and by then we had leave.. understand the hotel wants to save costs by hiring students from the school but please train them well!! This is one of my worse stay in a hotel ever..

Yunshang housekeeper service is good. All staff are meticulous and considerate. The overall environment is very good. The scenery is beautiful. The resort facilities are complete. On the first day of check-in, I encountered children's products delivered by robots. It was a surprise for the children. They also took the elevator with the robot. Very satisfied! It was the right decision to bring the kids here during the spring break. There were few people and the service was in place. There was a buffet in the hotel so I didn't have to run back and forth. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all solved! The building was so beautiful that I couldn't help taking pictures. Every place was carefully designed. I look forward to visiting again in June! The cloud butler Yunxiang also gave the kids game coins, and the kids had a lot of fun. Great 👍
