設施爛！布草車堆門口！住兩天第二天一下午不來打掃衞生！六點多剛回來就要來打掃衞生！什麼意思？開票1%的税點！加開！收15%的額外！另外還走私人的微信付款！這裏麪什麼情況？

房間很好，與網上描述完全一樣，乾淨整潔，面積寬，設施齊全，熱水量大，總體2晚住得滿意，唯一不足的一點是床頭的2個插座插頭插不進去而成了擺設，建議檢查改進。

作為連鎖按理應該有基本的培訓，早餐時間段酒店員工在餐廳吃大家都不會有意見，但是對着一排的食物一邊悠晃一邊不停肆無忌憚地咳嗽就太過份了。至少也應該帶上口罩吧？立馬讓人倒胃口。
另外，房間的椅子看着都不敢往上面座。

總的來説有點一般了，位置不是很好，在巷子裏了，房間也是比較陳舊了，衞生間黃黃的，浴巾居然不在浴室，在衞生間，好麻煩。改進一下吧

位置在鬧市中安靜的一角，車位不多，但暖心的兩點要點贊👍🏻:
1、因車程太遠，未能按時到達，前台會打電話諮詢確認，並留好車位👍🏻。
2、衞生間備有很好聞的洗手液，這對於外出人員來説非常重要的細節；最後是電梯是一卡一進出，憑卡進電梯，非常好👌🏻。人性化的同時，注重安全與衞生，是現在很多星級酒店都沒達到的👍🏻。
