#衞生差很差特別差……無法用文字表達，自行看圖#服務沒有服務項，一般入住酒店都會提供水，這酒店連瓶水都沒有，洗髮水沐浴液洗手液同個顏色不免讓住客體會到了自己洗澡在用洗手液，隔壁洗澡都能聽到水聲！#房間景觀差，設施陳舊#床還行#性價比差

錄製保潔人員對我大喊大叫，摔摔打打的視頻，被告知是違法的，有沒有想過我大學本科學的法學？我父親是律師？第一次有人告訴我我做的事情是違法的，我認為這是每個消費者應有的權利，行得正坐的端，既然是公共服務行為，為什麼違法呢？枕芯被子直接扔地上，枕芯都是焦黃色服務人員不盡應盡的責任，對顧客摔打，花錢買罪受，窗户上都是灰，關都關不上，煙灰缸裏還有煙灰，酒店服務人員態度惡劣，豪華大床房虛假宣傳，地面不打掃，都是垃圾，牆面瓷磚佈滿污漬，熱水器忽冷忽燙，房間極度不隔音，能被對面説話吵醒，
