1. A box of tissues should be placed on the table or bedside of the room. Every time you use tissues, you have to go to the bathroom sink to get them and take them to the bedroom. There is no paper on the sink, so you have to take them back and forth directly, and the tissue box is heavy. 2. The hotel should consider designing welcome fruits or some snacks, because some hotels with slightly lower prices are doing this. I have stayed in many hotels, and your hotel is the first hotel without welcome fruits. 3. The hair dryer is broken. I found it after washing my hair. I hope to be more careful when checking the room. 4. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The reception at the front desk is OK. I registered a membership for me. The children can enjoy breakfast for free. The receptionist in the breakfast restaurant is very enthusiastic. There are greetings when we come and leave. The uncle and sister who clean up the dishes are also very enthusiastic. 5. The view is good 6. The elevator decoration is not like a hotel. It is too slow and shakes. The environment, sanitation and service are good. It may be because of the U-shaped design and the setting of the castle in the sky. It is a bit winding to go up and down the stairs to get to the room, but the high floor has a good river view and night view
