本來也沒想過快捷酒店環境服務有多好，但服務真的讓人很想發火，訂的3天兩晚大床房，知道臨街，但完全沒告知臨街的玻璃不隔音，整整一晚上外面有點啥聲音都聽的清清楚楚，根本睡不着，第二天聯繫總枱問有沒有什麼解決方案，比如換房什麼的，結果告知滿員瞭如果不滿意給我辦理退房，這是什麼態度？服務行業是這麼服務的？酒店衞生 設備沒有一樣做得好，當真是快捷酒店就啥也不要了？既然你們以這種態度對我那我衹能給差評了，讓大家看看你們的嘴臉

本來以為這是連鎖酒店，體驗感和衞生都應該很不錯，結果晚上回來進廁所就聞到一股很濃很烈的騷臭味（第一次進廁所）。淋浴的水也讓人很不解，熱水水流特別小，熱水斷斷續續，打電話給前台反映也沒人接聽😂
