房間太差了，定房十分鐘，看完房間不住還不給退錢，最後加一百一給換個房間，服務態度就不用説了，這破房子住的，太影響錦州營商環境了，攜程網為什麼推薦這樣的賓館呢

位置還不錯，晚上睡覺比較安靜，屋內衞生潔凈，床品和浴巾都是一次性，有暖氣和電梯，前台阿姨服務熱情，價格也便宜，而且周圍有很多商家，想吃什麼，都可以買到，3分鐘就到大潤發超市，古塔公園外面晚上有夜市，適合旅遊，探親居住。

周圍交通很發達，通行方便，距離旅遊景點也很近。附近美食，飯店也很多。前台的服務態度也很好，是一次很舒服的居住，客房設施齊全：賓館的客房提供了一切必需的設施，包括舒適的床鋪、乾淨的床單和毛巾，空調、暖氣等設備一應俱全。房間內還有電視、冰箱、熱水壺等便利設施，讓客人可以獲得賓至如歸的感覺。

房間描述與實際嚴重不符，地點很不好找，房間很多配套設施都沒有，房間超級不隔音，老闆態度一般吧，入住時因為平台上傳與實際不符多波客人要求退房都被商家拒絕，本人是沒辦法如果退房需要收取500元違約金強迫入住，多次與攜程官方與商家協商無果，錦州之行營商環境體驗感超級差。

房間、電梯都一股黴味。床上用品居然是一次性的罩，真是第一次見，接觸皮膚很不舒服，第二天就過敏了。不過地理環境還可以，樓下就有早市可以逛。
