房間還可以，服務太差，積分換了入住水果卻要打電話問才送上來、春節遇上旁邊廣場放煙花，空氣中全部都是煙花味和污染物，無法呼吸，停車場和房間都是哪個味，難受，諮詢前台服務員愛理不理

房間設施：這次入住了180°窗井房，視野超級好
位置交通：就在市中心，離古城衹要5分鐘
服務：服務挺不錯的，特別是房間內打掃的很勤快，每次出門後回來都是很乾凈的，寫的小紙條都會看，然後準備好，點贊
食物：早餐特別好吃，環境也特別好，最愛早餐的粉

房間蠻大的，裝修也挺好的，適合出差旅遊，早餐可以預約送到房間，點外賣也十分方便，缺什麼東西打電話都能解決，服務挺好的，住着很安心。酒店中餐廳味道特別好，包廂也大氣，應該算吉首最新最好的酒店了！下次再來也會住這裏。

酒店超級漂亮 到乾州古城5分鐘就走到了 酒店下面還有個很大的天虹商場 購物遊玩都很方便 停車場也很大 服務人員很熱情 主動帶我們去健身房參觀並介紹

這個酒店的地理位置沒得説 周邊上的配套啥都有 幹啥都方便 我們入住的是靠古城邊上的房間 能一覽古城夜景，確實非常的美也很有意境 他們的床也非常舒服被子很輕薄，一般住酒店我都會認床 這次睡的很舒適 房間服務細節也很好 晚上還送來了水果很貼心。
設施：高端大氣
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：超級好
服務：賓至如歸

應該是吉首最好的酒店，酒店位置非常方便，樓下有天虹商場。酒店房間很新，設施完善，智能馬桶、除霧玻璃非常人性化，酒店衞生乾淨，服務人員態度友善。這次和家人一起出遊，住了2晚，訂了5間行政大床房，房間位於酒店23樓，景色非常優美，可以看到乾州古城全貌，下次有機會來還會選擇這家酒店。

來湘西玩朋友推薦的這家酒店，先説説位置吧附近就是商場，買買逛逛的很方便，離乾州古城也近，晚上消食去看看夜景是一個很不錯的選擇。大堂的服務員素質都很高，服務熱情周到，前台小劉和小吳服務非常細緻，給我們贈送了水果和伴手禮，餅乾味道很不錯，下次來湘西還會首選這家。

酒店位置很好，隔壁就是個大商場，步行去乾州古城也就十分鐘，吃飯休閑娛樂都很方便。入住前，酒店貼心的打了電話問有沒有什麼需求，大概到達時間，考慮當日天氣，幫我們提前開空調，真是好棒！辦理入住時，經理還特意説明因為隔壁是廣場，晚上有跳廣場舞等，可能會有點兒吵，到時間不會太晚，已經儘量按照預訂房型幫我們選擇了相對舒適的房間。。。聽到這個説明真的感覺出所謂酒店的文化，真的是靠人做出來的！事實上酒店隔音還不錯，關上窗户，房間內是不受影響的，睡的非常好！沒住夠！哈哈哈哈！歡迎水果雖然比較普通，但新鮮度很高，帶着滿滿的誠意！
