Good location. Easy to access shops (Speedmart,Watson,Bakers Cottage,Clinic etc). The room is not really clean. I notice some spots that are not well cleaned on the floor, and on the bathroom wall. Staff was really helpful. Overall, worth staying here

We love to stay at Urban Inn and we've had the experiences with all Urban except in Kulim. All are good for us but only the pillows were uncomfortable for sleeping. Hopefully it could be changed later. We would love to be at Urban again for next trip.
