硬件，停車場沒有標誌，打電話問前台也説不清楚，搞得地庫轉圈找不到，房間比較小，衹有一張椅子，兩人吃東西要坐床上。房間有怪味，地毯臟的很，可能是味道來源。衞生間下水道味道明顯。
軟件，前台一個黃頭髮服務員，服務態度太惡劣，你問問題，她用最少的字回答你，臉和語氣都不耐煩，要不是到的晚退不了了，我肯定不住

總體來説房間乾淨整潔，房間不大，設施設備也算比較新。短期住性價比還可以。接待大廳很小。旁邊的商業基本全廢了，吃飯的地方不多，負一層有個超市。日常用品可以買買。旁邊就是八里湖，風景還是不錯的。住了一個星期，我訂的房間不含早餐，早餐要單獨18塊一餐。停車的話每天需要去一樓前台掃碼領券，不是很方便。
