來旅遊的被這個前台弄的心情很不美好態度惡劣囂張跟她的面相一樣壞斜視眼心眼太不好真是相由心生具體説下我訂的圖片的房間告訴我沒有房給我一個很破的房子住窗户不是圖片的大窗户是**一樣的窗户而且很大聲的對我説愛住不住你可以退款然後我就説她你就這麼服務態度我也是幹温泉酒店的我要是你老闆不會用你這種**你不配幹服務行業你老闆應該直接把你開掉你這麼囂張你還幹啥服務行業我不愛跟她掰扯浪費時間衹好想退款平台投訴以後才給我説有房我來旅遊的被這個**影響心情很不爽建議老闆把此人換掉第二天早晨的輪班前台就是很温柔的小姐姐服務態度就很好差距巨大頭一次寫評價太生氣的一次體驗不跟她計較不然就想打人這種沒禮貌的**

住了很多次了，主要是位置好，市中心，離哪兒都近，比較方便，住了不知道多少次了，衹要去酒泉必住這家，就是設施有點陳舊了，不過衞生不錯，也還可以接受
