The guy took us to a small room when he dropped us off at the airport the next day. He sold hand-shredded yak beef for 200 yuan per catty, which felt a bit expensive. Later, I checked online and it was over 100 yuan per catty. The guy said that the cost was high, but first of all, the price of yak is different from that of ordinary beef, and the price of ordinary beef cannot be used for calculation. Second, the dryness of hand-shredded beef is far less than that of air-dried beef. The cost of these two is different, so how can they be the same price? I felt that I was overcharging customers by force. I think merchants should be careful not to take people to unfamiliar stores without asking.
