Great location and a wonderful environment! Xiao Huan, the butler, was very attentive and thoughtful. Seriously, if you're coming to Jiuzhaigou, just book this place without hesitation! As for the Haagen-Dazs ice cream cups: there's a fantastic variety of flavors to choose from.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou! We requested rooms next to each other with a connecting door and the hotel arranged it perfectly. Breakfast was nice with a good variety and they even had coffee in the breakfast area, which we really enjoyed. The location is also convenient because it’s easy to find food nearby. We also tried the photography service with ******* style outfit which is free for 1 pax/room, and it held at Hilton Resort the nearby sister hotel and it was a fun and memorable experience. Special thanks to Huang Dan (黄丹) from the front desk. She was extremely helpful in answering our questions about transportation and helped arrange a car to the train station with a reasonable price. She made sure everything was smooth and worry-free for us. The car was clean and the driver knew the area very well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. 5 stars and highly recommended! Thank you ❤️

The hotel is very good with alot of amenities around. Located about 10-20 minutes from jiuzhaigou and it is easy to get didi from the hotel! The hotel is definitely in the better hotel compound in Jiuzhaigou as it is relatively new compared to others! Will definitely use this hotel if i come back to Jiuzhaigou!
