Everything in the room was broken.
The toilet was stuck, when taking a shower the whole bathroom would get flooded and the AC didn’t work.
Would not stay here again !!!

客房舒適度很不錯，衞生方面也做的不錯，客房阿姨每天都會來打掃，而且酒店的位置很不錯，就在景區門口，周邊生活配置齊全，吃飯購物都方便，我們還去吃了好吃的氂牛火鍋，哈哈，體驗感極佳

大家要注意，我住了一天旁邊亞朵，又住了這家，發現真心不一樣，這家房間要大些，價格便宜些，各種吃的，比如湯鍋真的不錯，差點被那些差評所左右，一定要來現場看看

四川之旅衹有最後一站一美麗的阿壩九寨溝了。在網上訂了一個親子間和一個標準間，住兩晚。沒想到這是我最錯誤的選擇。九寨溝九之旅大酒店（九寨溝遊客中心店），座落在九寨溝口，交通還算便利，可環境，衞生，沒施，服務態度真叫人無語，是我們這次住的最差的酒店，價格並不便宜，離公路衹有50米左右，因此噪音就是非常的大了，房間設施簡陋，衣架衹有兩個壞的，掛衣鈎三個有一個衹有一個鈎，熱水要放一段時間才有。早上去九寨溝遊玩就和前台打好了招呼，要求清掃房間，補充洗漱用品和飲用水。到下午5點回房來看，衞生倒是清掃了，隨便丟了兩個洗漱包在洗漱台上，昨晚上的沒有收拾，穿過的一次性拖鞋不單沒換，連收拾都沒收拾。估計窗台，桌子也沒有擦。沒有補充飲用水，問前台，第一次説是吃晚餐去了，沒送，第二次問前台，説是正在送，一個多小時還沒送到。第三次打電話催送飲用水，説是送錯了，前台説完就把電話掛了，結果過了十多分鐘還沒送到。這是最差的服務。親子房燈光不亮，氣味重，設施一樣老化陳舊不全。服務態度差。

位置：這個酒店離景區門口步行1公里，大概要走15分鐘吧，不算近，很多人住在溝口，溝口那邊離景區也是這個距離，不過溝口那邊很繁華！吃的很多！而且這家酒店不提供接送服務！還是推薦住在溝口！
設施：吐槽！廁所很小！熱水忽冷忽熱的，而且第一天花灑壞了，地漏堵了，洗個澡水漫金山！
更搞笑的是吹風機！吹1分鐘就跳閘要等5分鐘，洗個頭吹了好久！前台還理直氣壯的説他們家吹風機就是這樣，過熱保護。這是覺得我沒用過吹風機嗎？分明就是設施太老了，淘寶幾十塊錢買個吹風機放在房間給客人住，改善一下不行嗎？
沒有電梯，自己扛行李！
環境：很老舊的裝修
服務：前台臉很臭，服務態度一般！

房間特別乾淨，酒店離九寨溝售票衹有一公里，酒店有自己停車場，汽車進來出去，保安都會指揮車輛安全停靠，特別負責任。

垃圾的一批，12點多到説客人沒退房，房間沒打掃，3.30去結果還是沒打掃，我們辦理好入住都到房間了，才來兩個人打掃，毛毛躁躁算打掃完了，就收個垃圾，換個被褥什麼的，房間衞生等於沒打掃；房間設施破舊，到處感覺臟兮兮的；對了，這個地暖半夜會關掉，半夜凍醒，也是醉了，很差的體驗。
