帶父母孩子來感受老房子，非常滿意。看了一米長的大桿秤，屋檐下的燕子窩，燒柴的土灶，滿是無花果的小院子。地理位置不是最好的，但離景點很近，前面是沒有開放的胡宗憲故居，後面就是龍川景區的，早晚進去都不用票，胡老闆帶我們進去逛了重要的景點，講了很多關於胡家的各種故事。如果還想聽，還能請更專業的講解。回到老房子小院，感覺回到了小時候，睡着吱呀吱呀響的竹床，隨意的水泥地，院子裏的竹椅上慵懶的瘸腿小橘貓，在不大的露台上，一家人一壺茶，就這樣享受山谷的清風，一起看滿天繁星和山尖環繞晨霧，很放鬆。我覺得自己一定會再來的。
體力好的話，附近鄣山大峽谷徒步玩水很推薦。
環境害怕蜘蛛，馬蜂，飛蛾的朋友們慎入。

來這就是要住老房子，百年的屋子滿滿的歷史沉積，老新結合別有一番韻味，老闆話不多 但講起家鄉地理人文滔滔不絕，附近景點還算集中 交通便利 實在不行還有老闆滴滴車接車送 哈哈 😄；很累（徒步了龍鬚山 、徽杭古道，這個年齡也算超越了自我）但很開心。

來徒步徽杭古道的，沒有開車就選擇住在離起點比較近的龍川景區裏，老闆真的是神仙老闆，有求必應，特種兵出行到的時候很晚了還沒吃上晚飯，老闆拿了一堆小東西給我們墊肚子太感人了！房間床鋪也挺乾淨，洗晾衣服很方便，是以後再來績溪還會住的地方！

房間雖然不大 但設計合理 就是洗手間馬桶有點不太乾淨… 其它一應所需物品都齊全。住在徽派建築130年的老房子 處處都能出片！好棒！民宿提供接站和包車到景點的服務，價格公道～！老闆人很好 介紹績溪的歷史 景點 還會推薦遊玩線路～我由於過敏 長了一身疹子 老闆連夜把我送去縣城看醫生買葯！真的太感謝他了！還有他們家的飯館～徽州醬排是真的好吃！！！

老闆世家代傳的宅子説是130多年了，在院子裏造了個3層小樓，帶着長者，小孩住一個大床，一個標間。老闆出來接的。旅社就在胡宗憲故居邊上，遺憾是景點不開放。胡老闆很熱心，帶着去水街還價買優惠券，75的票衹花了40，晚上下雨，出去吃老闆家的徽菜館，老闆看我們老小比例太高出行不便，開車接送，真.感動。再安利下龍川一樓（徽菜館）隔壁桌一個老外獨酌楊梅酒，我們整了5個菜，吹爆！胡適一品鍋，三鮮葛粉鍋，澆汁鍋巴、筍絲炒肉絲、豆角炒茄子，都吃完了，簡直太哇塞

我是合工大學生，由於最近有些累，來龍川修養兩天。選擇了最適合學生的小單間，兩天花了不到一百的住宿費。其他房間環境更好。很適合獨自旅行居住。適逢雨季，在房間裏靜聽雨聲睡午覺，是最愜意的事情。店主一家把民宿打理的很好。

房間乾淨整潔，老闆人很好服務周到特意去公交站接，還告知了怎麼遊玩的攻略，還給升級了房間，給老闆的熱心腸點贊，房間的設施基本都是竹子做的，挺有感覺的哈，去的第二天下雨在房間內就可以欣賞到山上的美景雲霧繚繞仿如仙境一樣，院內還有無花果樹，總之很完美的一次入住！

來之前做了很多攻略，最後選擇了老房子，超級喜歡老房子。前院是老闆自己家的祖屋，後面三層小樓是旅社。晚上在天台看星星，早上醒來感覺像在畫裏。老闆家的菜也很好吃。一生痴絕處，無夢到徽州，如果下次還有機會來，還會選擇老房子。
