非常差的體驗，帶寶寶去，備註了需要小童洗洗漱用品。到前台辦理入住，沒人理，特意問了下，服務員説衹有大人的，問題是大人的也沒給準備啊。接待人員的態度一般，房間裏的衞生也不好，床簾下全是污垢，衞生間也不乾淨。失望。

客房衞生服務太臟了，尤其是續房打掃，茶几桌子不説都不擦的，説了就拿濕抹布劃了兩下，濕濕的抹布約抹越臟，而且都擦不全，真的就兩下。可以説雞西沒有酒店，但凡有個競品酒店不至於這樣。被子衹有大厚被沒有薄的，一翻身嘩啦啦響，消毒的被套床單硬邦邦的。套房辣眼睛，裝修有幾年了味道沒放出去，開窗就是就是大機房轟隆隆響，噪音空氣都不好，不知道咋設計的。在雞西性價比差到極致。
