前台服務員服務很差、不主動接待客人，聊天、玩手機，一看就沒有受過專業的酒店培訓，不懂禮貌用語、不懂接待流程！商務出差的客人千萬不要去這家酒店，真丟臉！混住式酒店硬件不行，前台服務接待更不行！房間電話不通衹是擺設，保險櫃打不開！牙刷🪥質量真無法形容！（太差了）房間的床頭污跡可見銹跡斑斑，毛巾脱線等等！但餐廳及客房服務員值得表揚給五星好評！工作勤勞、接待熱情、有回到家的感覺！餐廳早餐豐富，衞生乾淨，小西紅柿能吃出40年前的味道綠色食品，豆角燉土豆和木耳燉白菜味道極佳媽媽的味道！餐廳寬敞舒適整潔明亮還有電視！

酒店在雞西當地應該算最好的了，位置相當好，就在萬達旁邊，吃飯購物都相當方便，來雞西出差首選酒店，值得推薦！

出差雞西的最佳選擇，位置方便，就在萬達樓上，冬天不用出去就能進超市買東西。
出去吃飯也選擇多。
房間大小合適，衞生也不錯，早餐夠用。

設施：酒店樓下有萬達的停車站，萬達收費四小時，一天上限才48，車位很多，出行很方便，酒店有早餐，餐品很多很好吃！
衞生：房間很乾凈，床品整潔，酒店大廳也很乾凈。
環境：房間隔音還不錯，樓層高，夜晚窗外景色很美。
服務：給前台打電話，及時解決問題，客房服務員到達的也很迅速，客房服務員見到我還會主動問好，所有人都很熱情，這次出來很開心！

前台服務非常好，主動，熱情。房間佈局合理，乾淨，無異味，酒店房間設施很好，有書桌，還配有筆和紙床品也很舒服，淋浴出水很快。房間樓層高，夜晚景色很好，早餐不錯，品種多，味道好，好評！如果有考慮來雞西玩的小夥伴，可以入住這裏呦！前台小妹妹好甜～

酒店地理位置真的沒的説，出門打車很方便，市區隨便去哪裡10塊錢足夠，出租車司機都很好，很和氣。酒店有早餐，不過沒有去吃，就想吃一下當地的特色早餐。酒店的服務也很到位，連續住四天，每天回來都會有保潔人員把房間整理乾淨，非常感謝！前台的小妹也很漂亮，並且服務很專業。就是浴室的設施要扣一分，毛巾太舊了，都硬了，而且在洗手枱那裡沒有毛巾架，毛巾和浴巾都衹能堆在洗手枱上，這個拉低了酒店的分數。其他都沒的説。
雞西必須要宣傳一下，太有性價比的城市了，這一趟去了哈爾濱，雖然那裡不錯，但是雞西更好，好吃，好玩，便宜，熱情。油條2塊錢一根，又大又酥又脆，豆腐腦香香的好像也是2塊。魚亮溝的500多米大滑梯58塊錢隨便玩，又刺激又好玩，還不用排隊，人多更便宜。景點也不收門票。裏面的物價也不貴，最主要的那裡的串真好吃，2塊錢一串，好吃到要排隊買。不過交通就不行了，一定要租車或者包車去，不然回不來。雞西真的很好，如果感覺哈爾濱人多，不防買張高鐵票到雞西，滑雪市區也有，滑梯這裏都有，沒必要一定去排那麼久的隊，真是太冷啦。
