Tivemos um problema com a reserva e estava apenas ao alcance do Hotel resolver, tendo em vista que o Trip.com não disponibiliza qualquer apoio ao cliente brasileiro por telefone. Funcionários do hotel não demonstraram boa vontade em solucionar e o Trip.com só no respondeu por email 10 dias depois. Experiência lamentável, me arrependo profundamente de utilizar o Trip.com e escolher esse hotel que não preza pelo bem estar do cliente. Se pudesse colocaria 0 estrela.

Excelente hotel, atendimento perfeito, ótima localização, equipe de funcionários proativos, educados e sempre prontos a atender as solicitações dos hóspedes. Ambientes limpos, bem iluminados e agradáveis. Rede Wi-fi perfeita e de fácil navegação. O café da manhã é excepcional.

Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Besides, just one block from the beach.
The breakfast menu is not so varied and most of the fruit options were yet unripe.
On the other had, the savory options and the on-demand tapioca and omelet were fabulous.

O hotel tem vários pontos positivos : staff atencioso , café da manhã excelente ( qualidade e variedade ) , serviço de manobrista free , boa localização, quarto básico porém funcional e que garante um conforto bom ( o quarto é pequeno com algumas falhas na manutenção, o banheiro tem um bom tamanho e o chuveiro é muito bom ).
Os elevadores são demorados e um pouco abafados ; se ficar em andar baixo vá de escada mas isso , em hipótese alguma , é empecilho para se hospedar.
De modo geral , experiência muito boa
