Sleep Inn & Suites Johnson City

The staff were amazing and so helpful! I called before I booked because I had some questions, and they made sure to answer every one. The staff at check in was so nice. And the staff at checkout was the same. Our room was very elegant looking and most importantly very clean! The beds were comfy, a little squeaky if you were adjusting to get comfy, but still cozy. We didn’t use the microwave or fridge, we had no need to. The location was great and central to anything you could need. The only cons that I can think of is that our sliding bathroom door was stuck, so we couldn’t use it at all, but really no issue. I would definitely stay here again, and grateful for the staff making the booking, check in, and check out process a breeze and so pleasant. Their prices are also fair. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

It wasn't terrible. Beds were comfortable but the room had a stale smell. I did open the window to air it out some. Breakfast was ok

Wonderful little hotel with a super friendly staff. No real complaints but breakfast bar could be a little better. That being said, it was super clean and well maintained!

Person in next room woke me up with very loud voice on phone. I finally beat on the wall and he got quieter.

I have stayed here many times and the staff is always excellent. The room is great for the price! Never had an issue!

Very clean very quiet staff was very nice and helpful anytime we stayed a week so they did a great job! Recommended for sure!

We did not stay at the Sleep Inn. 7 men were standing outside our room. All of them were playing or talking on their phones and talking very loud. It was an uncomfortable experience. No other rooms were available to suit our needs. We told them at the desk we would not be staying there. We left and stayed at another establishment.

Room was clean. Shower was something else!You had only one place to put soap and it kept falling to floor. No place to put shower items except on floor. Had to open door toward shower handle. Very awkward to turn on showder. Coffee maker was broken. Pillows were to hard. Did mot sleep well. But clean and courteous!

Only positive during my stay was Esmeralda at the front desk. After I received room key walked up (arms full) the stairs to room. For some odd reason the door to my room was propped completely open with a bath towel shoved under the door to hold it open. There’s no way of knowing how long it had been like this and why my room was completely open for anyone walking by to see or to walk into. There was a gentleman that had checked into the hotel that seemed to be very sick and was coughing an enormous amount. And I mentioned this because for health concerns or reasons it just seems unexplainable why it was that way. Walked back down the stairs told front desk person the way that I found the room and she said no one mentioned anything to me about this and she went upstairs to check came back downstairs and then assigned me to a different room. Room had strong odor. Odd odor. The showers are very poorly designed and allow water to come out from underneath the shower door. Molding around shower head had a great deal of water damage and there appeared to be some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Also, I did not take a picture but toilet seat had surface damage. There was something outside of the bathroom door above the baseboard, see picture, that I didn’t really want to think about. The fake picture frames were peeling off. Part of the curtain had been pulled loose, stains on ceiling. A few other things but list became too long to spend more energy on.
