I booked a room in a pet friendly hotel. When I arrived, I was advised that only 3 rooms in the entire hotel allow pets, and they were already occupied. (When reserving online, there is no option to say you are traveling with a pet.)
So, the employee had to cancel my room, when we arrived at 8 in the evening, after a long day of driving. He was super apologetic and referred me to a hotel with available pet friendly rooms. He even called ******* to make sure I'd get a refund on my non-refundable reservation, took a picture of his email to th with the cancellation information too, so that's why my rating is a 3 star instead of a 1 star.
