出差工作到將近9點才到店，問我多少錢讓退單，直接給錢給老闆娘。不同意説沒房了，讓加5塊錢才給住，我已經不想和老闆娘溝通了，直接反饋給平台，平台反複電話才鬆口。老闆娘説要辦理時間，等啊等，終於給身份證的時候**的一聲砸桌上。結果還是等了20多分鐘才住進一個標間，讓我衹動一張床，另外一張不能動，我還是換個大床房，結果空調不給開，當時天氣顯示室外25º，室內不清楚，反饋平台衹是口頭説可以換，因為行李多不方便來回爬樓換房，下去也不知道出什麼幺蛾子，後來賓館直接不接電話。還好老天看不下去了，後半夜開始涼快了，才睡了一會，這賓館欺負噁心人！從沒有如此長篇大論地認真評價過！平台給出的價位可能不精確，但基本準確，最多也就值這個價。如果覺得平台給的價格過低，可以提高服務口碑來提價，反之平台也不需要這樣的商家毀名聲！還有都什麼年代了，居然還收按金，觀念都轉變不過來，能有什麼服務？雙向選擇罷了，江湖不再相見！

水池破了，房間每次進去都感覺有黴臭味，住幾天也沒看見有人來房間清垃圾。隨機打開一個抽屜裏還有不知道誰留下的內褲，剩下的抽屜都沒敢開。

地理位置優越，離火車站很近，房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都是新的，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，空調製熱也不錯，一點也不冷，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，前台接待員也很熱情，每次進門就問好，有免費停車位，有種星級酒店的待遇。下次還會選擇這家酒店！
