Although it is a bit old-fashioned, the service is attentive and the hot spring is very comfortable. It is just a bit cold on the mountain and the breakfast is limited.

Booked based on good reviews but was disappointed. The room is cold, the refrigerator is not cold, the amenities are not good, The comforter is thin and cold, so I can't sleep I feel like I'm hiding the hotel in the old building, appealing only to new people Not enough variety of breakfast for the price too many things to regret The omelet was just delicious! ️

The hotel is located on a very large site. At the entrance gate, we received an explanation and a map of the site, then headed to the check-in building. After checking in, we received a room key, a ticket for Shinrin-no-Yu, dinner and breakfast tickets, etc. at the front desk, and drove our car to the hotel building where we were staying and entered our room. Since Shinrin-no-Yu is open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., we decided to hurry up and check the bus schedule. (There are 2-4 buses on the site per hour.) We had just left. They said it was a few minutes on foot, so when we looked outside, we saw a sign that said Shinrin-no-Yu with an arrow. We decided to go. We walked down the corridor and went down a few stairs and arrived. About 3 minutes? It was faster than waiting for the bus for 15 minutes!! On the way back, we took the bus. There were several baths, so it was very warm. The facility was also nice and clean. The food was as shown in the photos on the hotel's website. I thought there was some kind of ○○ fair, but I didn't notice it. The breakfast was average. Is that why there is no particular mention of it on the website? The dining area is large, so it was nearly full for both dinner and breakfast, but it wasn't so crowded that you had to wait to get your food, so I didn't feel stressed. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room well, so it was hot at night. The bed was very hard, and I woke up many times. So, when I woke up in the morning, I thought I'd take a bath, but the forest bath was closed, and the garden view bath in the building was also closed. I couldn't take a bath in the morning. I had no choice but to use the bath in my room. I was worried because there wasn't enough water in the sink, but the bath was separate and had enough water, and I was able to fill it up in no time. (lol) I wish I had looked into the beds and hot springs a little more, since I was going to the dog run and eat.

小学生連れの家族3人で、サウスウイングのデラックスルームに宿泊。 外観、内装共に昭和からある古めかしいリゾートといった雰囲気でしたが、それが気にならなければとてもいい場所だと思います。 部屋はとても広く、ベッド4台にソファーセットもあり、ゆったりと寛げました。 窓も大きくて開放的でした。 掃除はよくされていましたが、やはり家具なども全面的に古さが出ていて、リゾート感とは程遠い雰囲気です。 お風呂は敷地内の温泉施設「森林の湯」を利用。屋内と屋外にいくつもの小さな湯舟がたくさんあって、楽しめました。 ただ、日帰り入浴もやっているので結構混雑していて、あまりゆっくりできる感じではありませんでした。 食事はビュッフェで、夕食も朝食も品揃えは最高でした。 カニとウナギが食べ放題って、すごいですよね。但し、カニはともかくウナギのお味はあまり期待しないほうがいいです。 カニやウナギ以外にも美味しい料理がたくさんあり、一晩では全て試すことができませんでした。連泊でも飽きないと思います。 つま恋リゾートの敷地では、乗馬体験や宝探し、キックボードレンタルなど充実のアクティビティが用意されていて、子供も大喜びでした。 広い敷地内だったので、カートを借りて回って正解でした。 子供にとってはとても楽しいリゾートですが、大人にとっては昭和の香りが漂うやや古めかしい場所でした。 ですが、お値段がとても安かった（家族3人2食付で3万円弱）ので、このお値段でこの充実ぶりなら文句なく星5つです。

2024年8月12日の14時からのアーチェリー担当スタッフ（女性）が、子供達にとても親切で、小学一年生の女の子でも大人と同じ距離から的に当てることができるようになった。また、私が負傷した腕のケアもしてくれて、とても良い対応だった。スタッフの質が高いため5点としました。
