Therefore, it is apparently without doors, because it would not open. The rosetex at the bed doesn't work. A pad in the bed bear and a decorative pillow in fat spots, like carpet and even curtains. Cleaned the closet with the eye down, but the maids were laying back on the bed when cleaning. The mattress so much so, the pillow is quite flat, but the second was given, on request. Of the downsides for me: 1. When settled (and it was almost 21 hours) no one offered us to meet the hotel and to carry (or at least point) to the room. The girl on the respiratory apparently already tired for the day. 2. The room provides a kitchen. But the cooker does not work and there is no microwave. Of course I didn't plan to cook, but I would like to heat the baby food, because the family room is. 3. There is a minimum dish in the kitchen (thank you), but there is no means to wash it. Well, you can put a gel for dishes, sponges and towels. The next day after cleaning the room, no water left and no bar was filled. 4. Dining at Veranda restaurant. The restaurant works until 23. We ordered in the kitchen, but then as in the fairy tale ”Cinderella”: exactly at 23:00 our waiter disappeared, in the direct sense of this word. We waited 10 minutes to get someone. As a result, minutes after 15 we had calculated another waiter. 5. The child had a temperature rise by midnight. Naturally there were no medicines with him. I wanted to get help again on the respiratory. Ask the degreeman and any heat-reducing - said nothing. Well, seriously? At least there should be a pharmacy for the staff. After all, there must be a desire to help guests. Help! Did you point out how to get to the pharmacy. 6. The room was dusty, sleeping with open balcony doors. On Saturday night to Sunday at 2:30, we jumped out of beds without understanding what was going on. Thunder stood incredible. Running in the room they realized that the sound was from the street. They went out to the balcony and the car came down to pick up the garbage! People! On the third night! Are you in your mind??? 7. And change the pillows, It is not possible to sleep on these) Here is the impression of the hotel. The wrap is beautiful and the staff should work.

The hotel is in the city of Kaliningrad, in the southwest corner of the upper pond, and the lake view room is very warm and the scenery is nice. Понравилось, что гостиница содержится и поддерживается в хорошем состоянии. Оценил качественный, правильной твердости матрас, хорошее постельное белье, подушки (меню подушек!), полотенца, халаты. Туристу понравится, что в номере чайник и пакетики с чаем, кофе. Сейф, сантехника, элнетрооборудование работают, как положено. В номере -- не душевая кабина, а ванна. В мое пребывание (октябрь) в гостинице было спокойно и тихо. Убедительный пример, что хорошее сочетание цена/качество - возможно и в наше время.

Расположен он не в центре, по меркам Калининграда, вероятно, ближе к окраине, но во-первых, до центра можно дойти пешком небыстрым шагом за полчаса, а, во-вторых, расположение очень удобное с точки зрения выезда в аэропорт. Рядом магазины, в том числе сувенирные, и аптеки. Огромный плюс - вид на пруд. Те же самые пешие полчаса по набережной - и ты в парке развлечений. Есть партнерские бонусы для клиентов, в том числе в спа. Номер у нас был вполне стандартный для отелей этого класса, со всем необходимым. Белье чистое, регулярно меняется; уборка каждый день, и не для галочки, а добросовестно. Ночью у меня пошла носом кровь, и тут же наволочку поменяли. Также очень порадовало то, что горничные обращают внимание на просьбы не беспокоить. Чай и сахар возобновляются регулярно. Душ чистый, без грязи по углам и ржавчины. Полотенца чистые, без пятен и ободранных краев. Сам душ чистый, напор хороший. Еще в копилку плюсов: на полу ковролин, но даже у меня, аллергика, не было проблем. С ресепшеном также проблем не было. Что касается ресторана: еда вкусная, есть доставка в номера. При нас там отмечали свадьбу, что, с моей точки зрения, служит показателем качества кухни. Завтраки с 7 до 10 утра, еды много, возобновляется регулярно. Достаточно разнообразно, причем не только в плане выбора блюд, а и в том, что ото дня ко дню что-то меняется. Персонал вежливый, аккуратный, посуда чистая. Жареная скумбрия (это же была скумбрия?) из меню очень вкусная. Удобно, что в холле есть стенды с сувенирами, и цена не задрана в десять раз, как это часто бывает в отелях. На что хочу обратить внимания (не из желания сказать гадость): 1) фен. Работает исправно, но высушить длинные волосы им проблемно. 2) лейка душа закреплена на высоте, вынуждающей человека небольшого роста вставать на цыпочки. Возможности её закрепить ниже нет. Возможно, в семейных номерах такой проблемы нет, но пожалейте нас, карликов 165 см ростом))) Последнее - внутренние рамы на окнах грязные. Окна у нас выходили на пруд и стоматологию, не на дорогу, так что это нельзя объяснить интенсивным движением. Прошу не обижаться на эти замечания, они действительно написаны из самых лучших побуждений. В целом, повторюсь, отель хороший.
