Hotels near Koshigoe Rakko Park, Kamakura

The staff at this hotel is incredibly accommodating and friendly, with a special mention for the housekeeper who not only kept things tidy but also brightened my day with warm greetings and a welcoming smile. However, I did notice some dust behind the TV. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it a great choice for solo travelers. I was pleasantly situated near the bathhouse, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. However, it’s worth noting that I recommend against choosing a smoking room if you’re not a heavy smoker. The floor had a pervasive cigarette odor that was quite strong, and it felt like the scent clung to my clothes. Overall, it’s a decent hotel experience.

Before the Tokyo Olympics, there were several hotels around Fujisawa Station. It is one of the hotels that opened at that time. The location is not bad. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station Rotary (even if the traffic light waiting is long). ２４ 7-Eleven on the 1st floor of the hotel, Gust, Shabu-Ya, a family restaurant, enters the second floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 5th to 13th floors. The gown is located in the elevator lobby on each floor. Other amenities are on the side of the front desk on the 4th floor, which is the style you bring yourself. The room is very simple (compliment), there is no step between the guest room and the unit bath, and the toilet space. There is a Japanese outlet and a USB-A jack beside the bed. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a wired LAN and LAN cables are always available in the room. The TV is not an online TV, but since the TV comes out positively, I was able to use the Amazon stick I brought in using the vacant HDMI on the back of the TV. The room is recommended on the sea side. On the mountain side, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the room (the outdoor unit of the sea side room is also integrated on the mountain side) is outside the window, and the visibility is a little poor. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th and 11th floors. The washing machine is 300 yen per time for detergent and fabric softener automatic insertion type, and the dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes. There is no money exchange machine for 100 yen cash coins, so if you don't have any coins, you need to exchange money at the front desk. There were microwave ovens and juice vending machines and ice machines on the 12th floor, but I didn't use them. Breakfast is available on the 4th floor with a dedicated space and 40 items Vikings are available at 7:00 〜 10:00 for adults 1,100 yen and children 550 yen. I didn't use it. By the way, there are also Yoshinoya, Matsuya, McDonald's and Fuji soba nearby. The impression I stayed at is that it is very comfortable and normal. There is nothing wrong with it except for a small point. It is very close to Fujisawa Station. Exit the station from the North Exit, cross the overpass, and get off the escalator on the right. Although it is small, it is relatively clean, the price is reasonable, and it is convenient to eat around. I ate pepper lunch, which was not bad.

鎌倉は十分に日帰りできる場所なのですが、ちょっと気分を替えたくて一泊してみました。このホテルの一番のウリはロケーションだと思います。JRと江ノ電の鎌倉駅から5分少々。メジャーな小町通りとは反対側の御成通り商店街沿いにあるので、周囲に飲食店や雑貨屋さんなど楽しいお店がある一方で、小町通りほど人通りが多くなく、静かで落ち着いた印象。由比ガ浜まで徒歩15分くらい、朝市（8時から）をやっている野菜市場からも近く、朝の散歩がおすすめです。 あまり期待していなかったけれども、大浴場が思ったよりも広く、人の少ない時間を狙って入ったので、ゆっくりできたのがとても良かったです。 良くなかった点としては、お部屋からの眺望が残念な感じだったこと。駅近くの商店街＆住宅街の中に建っているので当たり前なんですが、4階の部屋なら少しは周囲がみられるのでしょうか。自分が泊まったのは1階で、窓を開けると普通に道路に面していたので、カーテン替わりの障子を開けることはできず、昼間でもいつも薄暗いなと思いました。 また、ホテルのHPを見るとベッドが窓にぴったりくっついているレイアウトが多そうで、自分の部屋もそうだったのですが、これが寒かった...！ロールアップカーテンをおろしても冷気が窓から来て、その冷気がダイレクトに肩を冷やす...。エアコンよりも毛布をもう一枚欲しかったです。 部屋自体はコンパクトだけれど必要なものは揃っていて快適に過ごせますが、自分の満足度が低いのは恐らく1人で泊まったので料金の割高感が否めないせいかもしれません。このクラスのホテルで1泊1万8000円払って朝食なしって、少し前なら考えられなかった気がします。ホテル代上がりましたよね…。（朝食を別途お願いすると和定食or洋定食1600円ぐらい）鎌倉は全体的にホテル代が高いので仕方ないのかもしれません。次回泊まるかといえば、微妙。部屋の設備に不満はないけれども、料金に見合っているか？という点から考えると疑問なので、星は3つとさせていただきます。

I couldn't sleep at all... If possible, I will book a double room in the future...

This is a new hotel and we had a double room with two large beds. The bathroom area had separate rooms for the toilet function and the bath/shower section, respectively. What came as a not so pleasant surprise, especially at more that 300 USD per night, was that there was no in-room TV set (!) and that there was no storage space for our clothes. No closet, not even a shelf (there were some hangers near the entrance) That means that basically we had to keep everything in our suitcases or rather spread it out over the floor. While that makes for a rather picturesque impression like in Attila‘s Camp it is unacceptable for a hotel of this price level. The hotel‘s breakfast menu caters rather to the Japanese taste (see fotos) so if you prefer toast and scrambled eggs and the like there is good a bakery with breakfast service around the corner, All in all we felt that this hotel did not offer a decent value for money.

I stayed at this hotel close to Kamakura Station this time on a day trip in Kamakura after a long time. The weather was good and I was looking forward to the next day's Kamakura walk. Used for a single trip to Kamakura (one week difference in ofuna, stay at [Aitetsu ﾌﾚｯｻｲﾝ Kamakura ofuna East Exit]). Opened in April 2002, December 2017, ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ was made in the room & ﾛﾋﾞｰ, so when I stepped into ﾛﾋﾞｰ, I didn't feel old at all, but there was no step in the room ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ. I did ﾁｮｯﾄ ﾋﾞｯｸﾘ. ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ ｵｰﾌﾟﾝ ﾎﾃﾙ Most of the rooms are beautifully decorated, but ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ is mostly a step. ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ is ﾛﾋﾞｰ and takes what you need by yourself ﾀｲﾌﾟ, but since there is a small bag with ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ, it is very convenient to bring it back to the room. Considering the recent new ｺﾛﾅｳｲﾙｽ infection prevention, I think it is a ﾍﾞﾀｰ method.

It is very close to Ofuna Station, the facilities are complete, and the bathroom is very clean. However, the window opens very small, so the space is cramped for two people. People who are used to staying in Marriott will have to adapt.

It was new so it was very beautiful and I'm glad I couldn't see the reception and dining room from the outside. In terms of distance, Toyoko Inn, which has been around for a long time, is close to the station. Since it was newly created, I would like more tourists to Chigasaki in the future.
