Tenz Go Hotel

It should be suitable for business travelers I arrived at the counter at two o'clock and hoped to check in, but the counter insisted that I have to wait until three o'clock.

The room is neat and clean, the room price is not too expensive, and there are many snacks and restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The only thing I think can be adjusted is that the lighting in the room is a bit dark, I hope it can be brightened.

I have a wheat allergy, so I booked with breakfast included, thinking that I would have options since the hotel's website photo showed the breakfast as a buffet, but perhaps because there are not many guests at this time of year, it was served on a single plate. On the first and second days, I was served bread and noodles. I was a little worried, but they made it for me, so I ate it, but it made my stomach feel bad, so I had to hold off on my fun food tour of Taiwan. The portions were generous, but I thought it would be nice to be able to choose between bread, noodles, and rice. The rooms were relaxing and comfortable, and the location was good, so it was a great hotel.

住宿一切都非常好，唯一扣分的就是早餐，是大大大扣分！我能夠理解用餐的人不多而改用套餐的方式供應，但拿到的早餐不論任何餐點都是非常冷的，至少荷包蛋可以現煎吧，蛋、培根、法國吐司都是冷的，顯然是先做好放很久才出的，整個餐不論視覺味覺體驗都非常差，更何況早餐是額外需要付費的，拿到這種早餐真的完全無言

有些人說服務不太好什麼的，但我倒覺得還不錯喔，環境也很方便、裝潢也很舒服，下次還是會住。

空調不夠涼，亦調不到。早餐是套餐，不好吃。

訂房時******* 沒什麼評論，google 查發現試營運時不少負評。考量交通及價格逢燈會 新開幕來說很超值就姑且一試。大廳休息區很寬敞、服務人員親切沒有壓力。房間空間大、沐浴備品為法國有機品牌、凱撒衛浴、床墊有護腰包覆感很舒適。可惜茶包、瓶裝水、牙刷等都比較陽春（如果都講求環保了也許瓶裝水可以選擇環保品牌、洗漱品避免中國製品牌較好）早餐部分生菜與飲料區沒什麼問題，但麵包、熱食只能說慘烈（在成本控制下可以不要講求多品項應該求質量或定位自己的特色）烤麵包機出口換方向可能比較好夾。整體看得出飯店想營造具質感旅店的野心，但有許多細節可以調整，具有整體性的規劃與細節處理，才能營造明確形象與氛圍，為旅客帶來具有良好印象的住宿體驗。硬體設備水準不差，希望可以走出自己的路，讓人想再度回訪、不只是旅遊，而是想到會想回來住。
