入住流程複雜，要自行打電話check in，但都沒有收到大門密碼，門鎖設計複雜，壞了出入不能，擾攘一整晚，酒店反指我多次誤按拒絶賠償，我以後都不會再住grand base旗下的酒店

房間很大以及十分整潔，暖氣也很足夠，特別是浴室的暖氣十分方便！房間有洗衣機以及烘乾的風扇。唯一的缺點就是浴缸沒有辦法停止排水，應該是開關壞了。

There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking.
Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great.

スタッフが駐在していないデメリットを強く感じました。人数分のタオルやアメニティが揃っておらず、またティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補充がありませんでした。
少人数(あるいはスタッフ駐在なし)で運営すること自体は仕方ありませんが、サポート体制が整っているのが大前提だと思います。
この地域としては高めの宿泊費を設定しているだけに残念です

101を予約していたのにチェックインしたら102になっていた。別にどっちでもいいのですが…なぜでしょう？ちゃんとして欲しいです。
3室なのに駐車場が1台しか停められないのが不便です。スペースはあるので使わせてください！
