秋天的景色美得不像話，在這裏入住其實房間裏的設施並不重要，重要的是能體驗到與環境融為一體的生活，酒店所有員工的服務都令人感到什麼叫賓至如歸，如果有機會定要再次入住。

山路房，雖然去的時候温度還有點低，但是房間地暖+空調，絲毫不覺得冷，山林間空氣清新，幽靜！房間配有大陽台，曬曬太陽，喝一杯咖啡，無比愜意

真的不敢恭維，這個價格連瓶礦泉水都沒有，也沒USB插口。如果不是有力氣大的服務小妹妹幫着搬行李，我們住二樓的那個梯步陡得，完全沒辦法把行李弄上去。環境還是可以，可能冬天來會感覺比較好。總之，體驗一般

這裏環境優美到令人驚歎！靜謐的園林，小橋流水，讓人置身於世外桃源般的感覺，園林設計很貼近自然，獨棟的小別墅式的體驗也很特別，有回家的感覺。房間入住開始有點懵，第二天就適應了。酒店的服務是一流的，無可挑剔。

本來在官網上看到該房型可以住4人的、所以我訂了該房（我們一家四口）。到了那裡説衹能住3人（應該可以住4人的）、確切來説他們衹準備了3人的被子、我們説可以自己解決，他們説不行！那我們説再加個小房間、説沒有，衹有這個一樣的大房間，要1萬多RMB😰後來我兒子一個人在離該酒店幾公里的地方找了個酒店住。不過有一點他們還不錯、我兒子去來酒店、他們專門派人接送，這點還是感動😹

這是我的心願單裏放了很久的一個酒店，一見愛上了，非常優雅的環境，是在森林裏長出來的房子，印象特別深刻的是清澈的溪流，層層疊疊的穿過整個花園水清澈而靈動。温泉也是非常的棒。温泉裏還有一個禪修室，徹徹底底的放鬆自己的身體和心靈……但畢竟房子的裝修有點久了，顯得有點陳舊。如果秋天的時候去，置身楓葉的彩色世界就更美了😜

酒店2005年做的，設施一般，環境很好，房型備註與實際入住有很大差別，原諮詢酒店後預訂的是60平，家庭房，實際衹提供兩個床位，衹能增加一個房間，沒辦法👐

輕井澤虹夕諾雅，之前18年第一次來輕井澤的時候就想住，5年之後再來，價格已經飛上天了，1萬5一晚。怎麼説呢，如果一定要説值不值1萬多，個人覺得肯定是不值的。服務都在線，辦入住的時候有個叫秋山的日本小姑娘，會説中文，挺好挺有禮貌，面面俱到，彬彬有禮，行李都有專人送房間。晚餐和早餐都有人專門送到房間並且幫你擺好，結束了還有一對老爺爺老奶奶進房間跪式服務收拾，弄的我大半夜的都不好意思了。就是窗簾有點形同虛設，基本不遮光，房間內很多設施設備都沒有英文翻譯，不太友好。來打卡一次是推薦的，但是要來第二次我覺得沒啥必要了。
