The location is a little hard to find, but I think it's not a bad thing since it's tucked away in a quiet area. The room was also very quiet. (I couldn't hear any noise from the room next door. The parking lot was full, so it must have been quite crowded.) The width of the bed is quite narrow. (Narrower than a normal single bed. The size of a bed for nursing care.) The bed mattress was good for an accommodation in this price range. The equipment in the room was also fairly well equipped. (If the equipment is this good, I think it would be better to display on the homepage that there are such things in the room. Some of the cheap inns in Karuizawa have very few equipment. If you have one, you won't have to bring unnecessary items!) There was one serious problem. When I went out to take a bath at night and came back, the entrance to the inn was locked and I was locked outside. The front desk is usually unmanned, and there was an emergency number listed at the front desk, so when I called that number, no one answered. It was after 10pm, so I was really nervous, thinking that I had already gone home. When I called the main phone number for reservations, someone finally answered and unlocked the door. . I happened to have my cell phone with me and it had some battery left, so I didn't have to spend the night in my car, but this is a level of trouble that should never have happened. If there is a possibility that other guests may accidentally lock the door, I think they should at least install an intercom. (There are also intercoms that don't require wiring and can be installed at low cost.) If you are a customer who is not able to drive, you may freeze to death at this time of year, so you need to have a little more sense of crisis. Isn't it? By the way, the key is usually open 24 hours a day (not that there was a curfew). When I went out, I wanted to check to see if there was a curfew, but there was no extension phone at the reception desk, so I had to make an outside call from my cell phone each time I wanted to check, so I ended up leaving without checking. I remember regretting that. . At the very least, why not install an extension phone or an intercom to call the staff at the reception desk instead of having them use the customer's cell phone? If a customer accidentally leaves their cell phone at home, you may not be able to receive reception. Honestly, I don't think it's a good idea to rely on the equipment that customers bring with them.

Even though it was mid-November in Karuizawa, it was snowing, but it was very warm inside. We arrived after dark, and when we looked in the morning, the garden outside looked like it was in the middle of a forest, and it was wonderful. There also seems to be a tent sauna, so next time it gets warmer, I'd like to go there and relax.

It felt like home, and although there wasn't always someone at the front desk, it was a guesthouse-like hotel where you could feel free and comfortable. The atmosphere of being in the forest was also wonderful. The room was spacious and the facilities were simple, but it was clean and comfortable. thank you for helping me.

No matter what you take, it's the lowest. The room was old and cold, and the comforter was heavy, damp cotton duvet, so I couldn't sleep. The front staff calls by phone, and breakfast is forced at 8 o'clock, but it is cold, the contents are less than the buffet of the business hotel, and the entrance is difficult to understand. In the atmosphere, the owner's lack of motivation is punpun. I can't understand the nerve to charge more than 20,000 yen for a service below that of a business hotel in Tokyo. This is a hotel you should definitely avoid.

As the name suggests, it was surrounded by trees, and the room felt like an attic, so I was able to refresh it. The lighting in the room is subdued, and it's just right for two people to have a conversation. This time I used it without meals, It's a short walk, but there are delicious izakayas, so I'm satisfied. The lady who works at the front desk is also very kind and polite. Unfortunately, there was a bath in the HP, but it is not done now. The only regret is that, but in general, I was satisfied with using it.
