I forgot to take pictures, but the hotel is still very beautiful, just like an internet celebrity.

The hotel is decorated in an ins style, very beautiful, and the location is also very convenient, only 7 minutes walk from the otogar bus station to the hotel. There was a cat sleeping on our balcony in the morning, hahahaha, so cute! BTW breakfast is also very rich, self-service.

But the guy at the front desk who received me was impatient, with a stern face from beginning to end, speaking local English and complaining that we didn't understand it thoroughly enough. But an assistant next to him explained it more clearly. He can help pick up the luggage at the intersection. The room is cleaned once every three days. If you need to change the towels, go to the front desk to make a request. The location is not friendly to self-driving people. The hotel is in the pedestrian street. There is a lot of traffic at the entrance of the pedestrian street. The little time to move the luggage from the car was honked by the car behind. The hotel claims to have free parking, but in fact there is no parking lot at all. You need to park in a public parking lot dozens of meters away. The parking fee is 200TL for two days. The guy at the front desk also said that he is friends with the parking lot management and gave us a discount. Haha There is a cafe downstairs in the hotel. The sign is very difficult to find. I walked around the building and couldn't find it. Fortunately, a brother at the intersection saw me confused and took me to the door. I realized that it was the door of the hotel! A very small door! I recommend the fried shrimp and grilled meat platter, which are worth a try.

This is the most hotel-like place I've stayed in Turkey. It may be a good value option in the off-season. The service and rooms are good, worth recommending.

Then I asked the customer service and they said that I had to communicate with the UnionPay customer service when I returned to China, and the money might be refunded, so it is best to use a credit card or cash, don’t use a UnionPay card. . .

Our car had a flat tire, and we couldn't communicate with the car rental company because we don't speak the local language. The store owner helped us contact the car rental company to explain the situation. It was done super quickly, and he even took the initiative to help us bargain for the service fee.
