My experience at the hotel was terrible. The room was dingy, dark and dirty, at an unjustifiable cost. Bathrooms are tiny, poorly cleaned and smelly. Plumbing works very intermittently with water just trickling out of the shower. Curtains do not cover the entire window. No fan in the room in a very hot Kasese. Everything combines to ensure poor sleep quality, at high financial cost. The food is passable, but I found better quality better priced food in nearby restaurants. Overall, management needs to inject themselves with a good dose of honesty when interacting with customers.

Me and some friends stayed in Kasese for three months, and we came to Sandton almost every day. The staff took care of us like family, the food was always delicious, great outside sitting area, one of the few places in Kasese with good Wifi. If you ever have an issue or a question, the staff at Sandton will do everything to help you. The standard of both the service and the food is very important to the staff, and they always listen to suggestions. If you are in Kasese, you have to visit Sandton, if only for a coffee (the barista is amazing!)
