New Living Kasese, is a good place to stay, during our Tour in the western Region, We slapped there tow nights our check in was earlier than the regulated time and now that we had Enjoyed Kasese our check was also late, But guess what we were treated well than we had expected to be charged more. The extra spent was given out to us as complimentary rest in time. The service is excellent. For sure no complaints. Just visit this Hotel you will be treated with high experience of excellence."

"My experience at the hotel was terrible. The room was dingy, dark and dirty, at an unjustifiable cost. Bathrooms are tiny, poorly cleaned and smelly. Plumbing works very intermittently with water just trickling out of the shower. Curtains do not cover the entire window. No fan in the room in a very hot Kasese. Everything combines to ensure poor sleep quality, at high financial cost. The food is passable, but I found better quality better priced food in nearby restaurants. Overall, management needs to inject themselves with a good dose of honesty when interacting with customers."
