Room is fairly clean with fairly workable hot showers. The service is prompt and staffs polite. For some strange reason, our bedsheets were never changed for the week we were there… dustbins were emptied, water and tea replenished. The price is fair, the location is fabulous, just a short walk to the lakeside with streets full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Some touting and begging to be expected, buy them food if you wish. By Pokhara’s standards, a good room for tourists.

We love this hotel. The rooms were good and clean, The hotel itself was nice with warm hospitality from the staff, they found us a hospital in no time, arranged free shuttle for us to go to the cable car, and even hanged our clothings for us in the balcony. I have to emphasize on their breakfast, the chef purposely made a swam out from an apple to me , and different cute creatures to my otherr family members, and the food was lovely.
The location is so convenient that we could walk to the lakeside within minutes where activities were all over there.
I will surely come back the next time I visit Nepal!

The hygiene is very average, the countertop is sticky, the whole countertop is sticky! There are shoe prints on the newly checked-in bedsheets?
The service is not bad. I had to catch a flight at 5:30, so I was notified in advance and they packed a breakfast for me.
The location is average, not very close to the river, you need to walk to get there.
The good thing is that the building itself is very new and has a small balcony (but it is too dusty here, so it is not very comfortable to sit on the balcony. If you want to sit on the balcony, it is best not to choose a room facing the street).

Stay in Kathmandu while trekking in the Himalayas
It's good value for money and there's a gym.
However, the breakfast was disappointing as there wasn't much to eat.
I intend to stay again next time.

The staff is so amazing that they made me extend my stay! I was scheduled for 1 night and ended up staying during 3 nights. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is amazing and the bedsheets was just what is required after several trekking days! I'd come back in a beat!

A very nice hotel in a quiet place and 2 minutes walking distance to center of Pokhara. Nice and clean rooms with a good view of lake Fewa from balcony. A professional, helpful and friendly staff. A good restaurant with quality food. Would love to go back.

Excellent staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were good - particularly Indian breakfast and the location was very good.

A truly wonderful experience. The five-star rooms and staff were both very nice. My double room was larger than I had anticipated. Excellent breakfast options were available. Without a doubt, I'll return to this hotel in future.
