Hotel Sunflower

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. Hirushi at the front office was very professional and cooperative, and Chinthaka from the F&B department was extremely polite and helpful — always doing his best to accommodate all the needs of the guests. The food was excellent, fresh, and very tasty. I would, however, like to highlight a few areas for improvement: • The bathroom shower heads may need replacement. • The room smell was not very pleasant. • The swimming pool did not appear well-maintained, as the water was not clear. Other than these points, everything else about the hotel was truly beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel with nice environment and the rooms are very comfortabel and the room aminities are also vey good. spacieous rooms and bathroom also in a very good condition. Food also very deliceious. The staff also very helpful and the swimimng poll is also in a very good condition.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunflower! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I also loved the delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of choices. The location was perfect — close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend Hotel Sunflower for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay!

We booked ac triple room. room is clean. but the wash rooms stinky. smelly bad. bad smell coming to to room also. hot water coming from both cool and hot water taps . can't control. ac not working properly very old one and it was very noisy. then we complained and they try to fix that then the noice increased. We came to get some rest but we were unable to due to this issue. they should check those basic things before guests arrival. seems like they haven't service the ac for a long time . at last we switch off the ac and used the fan . with the heat we were unable to stay. so left this place. we asked for the advance refund. we didn't get the refund at the same day. however we received the refund after couple of days. not recommend. preciously this place was perfect. now we can't recommend to any one.

The place is not a value to the money.AC is far away from the room.Lack of maintainence visible.Taps are broken in the bathroom.Water preasure is very low in the shower.there was no water early in the morning.Intercoms are not working.Luckily there was another contact no we had to call the head n ask to arrange water.You can find a way better place for this amount of money in Kataragama
