Paint peeling off the room wall . Pool was closed -no notification . Paid dryer did not dry. Bathroom floor had previous guests body hair

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had. Proximity to the Katy Asia Town was the best perk.

Good for everything

Good good good

As a one-night stopover, this place is perfect. The room is very clean and spacious, with a super large bed, a mattress of moderate firmness, comfortable pillows, almost no noise from the air conditioner, blackout curtains, average breakfast, filling, and good customer service. However, when checking out, I found a bag of garbage left by the previous guest in the closet! How could the cleaning staff not see it?

We chose this hotel because the room looked like it would be big enough to 2 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We walked into the room and it was larger than anticipated. My bf had some trouble with the blinds and the receptionist was very patient and accommodating anytime we needed things. The breakfast was also very good and the cook was very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a nicer hotel in recent years which made me switch over to air b&bs. I’m very happy we decided to try a hotel again and we will most likely only frequents holiday inn hotels in the future.

Location was easy to find. Plenty of dining options close by. Staff was friendly, room was in excellent condition, and the shower works great. Oh and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is located in an area that has many choices to eat. Very clean and quite.

had a problem with the WiFi access on the first day. It was corrected on the 2nd day, I ran out of soap in the shower on the 2nd day.

The lady at the Front desk was very nice and customer friendly. Also, the chef was very nice and helped many people at breakfast. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and very nice. Keep up the excellent service please. There aren’t many places where you can get this kind of service at anymore.

Seemed to have some homeless people hanging around. Other than that, great location, staff and property.
