Hotel is a bit far from Main Street but have free tram service in front of door, and breakfast is very basic and doesn't change all days.  Customer service is good and helpful.  Thanks.

Modern rooms and lobby. Perfect spot for Power & Light district and easy parking lots. Fabulous bars and nightspots in walking and safe area. Breakfast looked good but went quick with the volleyball families in town. Starbucks is in the lobby with yummy coffees and breakfast too. A total bonus! Staff was the best, from check in to helping me with a lost jacket. Tyler was awesome and I witnessed he and his team were great with every guest.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever booked. Blood stains on ALL the pillows, sheets, comforter. Everything. The “manager” works a few hours a day maybe and is the least helpful person in all of Kansas City. They still charged me for all 4 nights even though I checked out early. Nickel and diming people because I’m sure they’ll go under eventually. There were 2 nice and helpful front desk reps. They both deserve a better place to work. Housekeeping is a JOKE but not the funny kind. The owners of this property would be ashamed unless they’re the slumlord type. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE and Definitely NOT CLEAN.

My room was not ready when it was promised. I had to wait in the lobby until 5:00pm for my room to be ready and missed part of my conference (couldn’t change clothes and freshen up after traveling). On another day, I was locked out of my room all afternoon because they keypad ran out of battery and I got stuck at the conference for 12 hours because I had no where else to go. Staff was friendly, but the hotel’s main job was for me to have a reliable place to stay and it didn’t accomplish that. The street noise is also really loud, beds are the most uncomfortable ever, and it was hard to sleep.
