This is an older budget hotel chain, like a motel. Everything is old. There was an old smell in the lobby and the room, but I couldn't tell what it was. Free parking is provided, as well as a simple American breakfast, where you can make your own waffles.

We ask for extra blankets and had to get them our self and same with towels. The toilet was BREY slow to fill so you could only flush every 30 minutes.

Not clean and breakfast was only a limited supply of small muffins. The manager was not available and did not respond when my bill needed to be revised. The charges were inaccurate.

When we drove on to the property there was trash all over in the parking lot. We checked in and went to the room when we walked in the room had an odor. We open the fridge and there was 2 containers of rotten meat and dried blood on the bottom of the fridge and a half drank pop. We pulled back the bedding and the mattress cover had brownish yellow stains all over it .

This room wasn’t clean. The bed linens were used, wrinkly and there was food and trash on the floor. There was dirt and questionable sanitary conditions under the bed mattress. Stains on the only piece of fabric furniture. Two of the lamps had no bulbs and didn’t light the room enough. The walls were damaged with a shoddy repair job. Plastic over venting. It seems absolutely no maids were hired to do any housekeeping in this hotel, The halls were horribly kept. Carpet was B ripped up, and people laying barefoot in the halls. The outside parking lot was not plowed and had huge puddles and trash to navigate. Did not seem safe to have cat there. Darkly lit lot. The trash receptacle had trash everywhere on the ground around the parking lot trash bin. Building cement steps had carpet or tile broken off of it. Internet said it was permanently closed. (I saw this after I booked with travelocity.). I was sincerely afraid of lice, bedbugs and other pests. I left after I walked around the building and reviewed the whole site. The front receptionist disappeared. He was not at the front desk anymore.

My room was clean and quiet, linens were clean and nice condition. The rest of the property wasn’t in the best condition, such as hallways and stairs. For the price, is was nice.

The guy that checked me in (maybe the owner?) Was very nice. It was a quiet place, clean. I was thankful to check in after traveling all day.

Rooms were good and the beds were actual beds and not rock hard. We stayed 2 nights 2 different rooms. However the garbage in the halls, common bathrooms and outside was absolutely terrible.

Everything was great except the TV Didn't work. Someone was supposed to come look at it but didn't. Everything else was great

I’ve had worse. Hotel overall was rundown. Carpet stains, massive wall scuffs, and all the wood needed new paint. Room overall was clean.

Not the fanciest place but very clean and the front desk guy was very polite and helpful. Definitely not what you expect for $45 a night!

Used soap in the shower, empty soap wrappers on the sink and leaky bath tub in the first room. But the staff quickly gave me a second room that was in adequate condition.

The price for a place to sleep for the night was excellent. Linens were clean towels were clean but a housekeeping issue noted that made everything else feel dirty. I pointed it out to the desk clerk upon checkout and I hope it gets resolved.

It is a great place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. And easy to get to
