We had a great time!! The staff works great, almost everyone speaks Russian. The rooms are not old, clean, have a large balcony, good sound insulation, the room has one double and one single bed, no kettles, water in the refrigerator only upon arrival. The food is good, there is always chicken, meat and fish for lunch and dinner. There was never a line in the restaurant, the food was always fresh. As for drinks, I liked tea, wine and beer, but I didn’t like coffee, it was of very low quality. We went to the spa for 25 dollars for 2 hours, we were satisfied, it included a foam massage, peeling, sauna, Turkish bath, pomegranate tea, the quality of service was 5+. As for the beach, it is small and narrow, there is no pontoon, the entrance to the sea is difficult, it is better to have special shoes, there is very little space, the sunbeds are good. The hotel area is small and narrow, but there is no crowding and it is somehow cozy. There were few children in the hotel, which is also a plus! I was pleased with the animation, the animators - Omer and Vika conduct yoga, water polo, aerobics in the pool, darts, shooting, belly dancing, there is table tennis, in the evening there is a daily program and a disco until 24:00 (but the music was often repeated, they included ode and that same record). For 4* everything is very worthy!!

We went without any special expectations to 4ku in Kemer itself, so that there would be somewhere to walk if we were unlucky with the weather (April 27 - May 4). We were very lucky with the weather, it was hot, everyone swam in the sea at the end of April. I was amazed by the attitude of the people, a man greeted us right away at the reception, hurried to check us in, filled out the form in advance, knowing that we were arriving at night. The staff is pleasant, everyone is responsive. We never expect any kind of attitude towards ourselves, the main thing is that nothing interferes with our rest. The hotel employs a married couple, young, energetic guys Victoria and Omar, I can’t call them animators (somewhat rudely), they give people the feeling of a big family. It seems to me that thanks to them many people met and communicated. We were with the child, Victoria took him from us 😁 and played with him. Our son loves her! And we love it! Yoga class in the morning! And throughout the day, the guys organize games of darts, shooting, water polo, etc. It is in games that acquaintance occurs, then everyone greets each other, communicates, and becomes friends. The guys are very nice🤗 The hotel is lucky, I want to say! The hotel itself is small, compact, everything was enough for us, in May there were few people, according to my feelings, 30% occupancy, it was just free: there were enough sun loungers, and space on the sea, and there were a lot of free tables everywhere, and sun loungers by the pool - very comfortable! The food is normal, we always found something tasty to eat. We liked beer and wine. They wrote about beer in reviews that water - I wouldn’t say that, it’s just normal beer, many even praised it. The cocktails are made so-so, each bartender (they change) makes his own by eye. There is no cocktail menu, so you don’t have to do it every once in a while. The rooms are fresh, nice, with balconies, views of both the mountains and the sea - very nice! The woman cleans well, we specifically pressed the “do not disturb” button so that she wouldn’t clean every day, but as needed. In general, I am against going to the same hotel again and again, but I want to come back here. I'm afraid that in the high season we wouldn't like it so much😂 And Victoria and Omar are definitely handsome!

Excellent level of hotel for 4* and its price. Freshly renovated with good materials and excellent plumbing, excellent daily maintenance and cleaning, excellent staff, very attentive and positive. It’s a small, small beach, good sun beds with mattresses, they are well looked after, they are wiped down every day, the beach is cleaned. Replacement beach towels in unlimited quantities, good, free. Special respect to the animators - Vika and Omer - the guys sincerely communicate warmly with all the guests, not just perform animation duties, but create a real a**osphere of interaction between all the different residents, find an approach to everyone, become real friends, and therefore, during the holiday period, the hotel essentially becomes home. They say the food used to be not very good, but this year they accepted all the criticism and improved. The food is excellent, the choice is very wide, well, there is definitely something for every taste, there are a lot of options for all dishes. There are always several options for meat, almost always fish. The greens are wonderful. There are tons of cheeses, everything is always fresh. I don’t like sweets, but there is a whole large separate table very beautifully decorated, many different types. There is a downside - there is very little fruit. Turkey, especially April, is a waste of delicious oranges and strawberries.. But no, they collected fruits and berries from the decorations of dishes..((2 times in 10 days there were whole oranges. There were a maximum of green apples and green pears. Tasty, but not for everyone. In general, as a 4* price/quality combination, I recommend it 100%. I might even return here, although I usually always choose something new.

When we came 2 years ago, we didn't like it that much. At that time, it had a lot of deficiencies, but they did a lot of renovations, the cooks have changed, the food is wonderful, I would like to thank the animation team, especially Mr. Oktay, the animation manager, he took great care of us, we are planning to come again in August.

The hotel is more for 50+ years old. Wouldn't come back here again. Mainly due to nutrition. Every day they gave us almost the same thing, it gets boring. And not everything is really tasty. Pros of the hotel: 1. The most important thing is that the staff are all friendly and sociable and cope with their duties with a bang. I especially want to mention the administrator at the reception. He himself will tell you everything, show you the room, and offer us an excellent one. The animators Lisa and Omar were also great guys, they entertained us as much as they could, we liked everything. The waiters and bartenders are generally top. 2. Cozy rooms, all well maintained, good renovation 3. The area is small, but I think it’s enough, especially for this amount. There are slides and something like an assembly hall. One pool. Disadvantages of the hotel: 1. The big and most important disadvantage is the meager and monotonous food 2. Juices, beer, cocktails are nothing at all, the only wine you can drink is more or less ok 3. The beach is very small and there are not enough sun loungers for everyone, fortunately we preferred to lie down by the pool so it didn't really bother us.

We vacationed together with my husband from September 9th to 22nd. We are 50+. We chose the hotel based on reviews and were prepared for both its pros and cons. I personally had a goal: to swim well and for a long time in sea water (and not in a pool) and undergo a massage course. Pros of the hotel: 1. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. 2. The rooms were renovated, we got a room with a sea view, the room had two beds (single and double) + a brand new folding chair on which you could even sleep on the balcony. So this room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The mattresses are comfortable and you can sleep comfortably. 3. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Kemer, it was nice to take a walk every day after dinner and at the same time visit the shops (we bought a lot of inexpensive and beautiful clothes at LC Waikiki). 4. Excellent free Wi-fi throughout the small area of ​​the hotel, including the beach. 5. First beach line (from the room to the beach - 2 minutes!). 6. Massage salon. Friendly manager Irina. Very decent massage. I recommend taking a course of massages. Massage therapist Mustafa. He dealt with my problems better than others (tight muscles in the neck and shoulder girdle), and he also does a good facial massage. 7. We ate plenty and did not remain hungry. Lots of fruits: melons, watermelons, pears are very tasty. There was fish and seafood (but not often): fried river trout, mussels. Of the side dishes, rice is the most delicious. Lots of greens and salads. 8. The coastline is excellent, there are places to swim for long distances. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles, quite comfortable. Water activities. 9. Room cleaning is quite satisfactory. Cons of the hotel: 1. Food could be more varied. There was no milk, yoghurt, baked goods, or cereals. Chicken dishes are a bit dry. Fried mackerel is very salty. Few beef and lamb dishes. There is practically no food for small children. There was ice cream, but not very tasty. 2. The elevator is very slow, spiral staircases are not for everyone (good for cardio training). 3. The bathroom smelled like sewage -((. 4. The safes in the rooms do not have a combination lock, but with a key! -(( 5. The room was very noisy in the evenings from 21 to 24 hours (since the hotel area is small, and nearby several more small hotels). The music died down only after 24 hours, so it was not possible to fall asleep, even with the balcony doors closed. you need to take it in the morning in advance. 8. The tiles in the area are very slippery, you need to be especially careful when it is wet. There were signs indicating “Slippery floor”, but I still managed to fall and hit my knee hard. So I don’t recommend running-)
