"I would avoid this place at all cost! Failed pictures in the advert, the rooms are horrendously dirty and dated, the food is appalling if you have any dietary restrictions then you will go hungry as I did, zero labelling on the “food” and unhelpful staff. But in hindsight maybe for the best I didn’t eat as my partner caught Campylobacter and was off work for 3 weeks after the holiday. It’s in the middle of nowhere, not clear on the advert no nightlife in the small town it’s in just loads of resorts. No one speaks English just Turkish and Russian, and the “all inclusive” drinks are only cheap red wine and white wine which again they do not say anything about that on the website. So avoid this place, I had complained when we got home and still have heard nothing back we spent just under a grand for the worst couple of days and a severe health scare"

"After our holiday, we came to Çıralı for a two-night stay to relax. We had stayed in other places in the Çıralı area before. Hestia Lodge has raised the bar compared to other bungalow-style accommodations in the region. For example, the pool is great for families with children, which is rare in the area. Beyond classic bungalows, it offers more comfortable living spaces, the cleanliness is excellent, the food is good, especially the breakfast, which is exceptional. The landscaping is wonderful. The only drawback for me was that it was a short walk from the sea. The staff were attentive, and I especially want to thank Mr. Ömer."

"We booked tru a travel agency. I was not able to reach the hotel directly, not my mail, not tru instagram... On the tripadvisor site, It says free internet, which is not the case, we paid 10 euro extra for 1 person to have internet. Please correct this on this page please. The bar was never open???? There are some drinks available for free with the meals, such as water, thee, coffee. The meals are correct and simpel - only 1 night is was MUCH TOO SIMPLE. Chicken nuggets for dinner? That is a snack. It is not a meal for adults. We are still here, and will enjoy the good weather, the sunbeds at the pool are really good. There is a beach by 15 min walk, qualista beach, where you can have free sun beds (the last row) if you show your hotel wrist band. Is it possible to get all this info on a peace of paper at check in? Is the sauna and hamman for free?"

"One of my worst experience ever. Rooms are dirty, food is the worst I've ever experienced - forget about all-inclusive - normal drinks, which are still low quality come after 7pm. Even if you tip the cleaner, your room will be dirty as hell. People in the hotel expect to be uninterested. Rooms are terrible, first room which be booked had hair all-over with bugs, second room had it still but even with worse view - actually I could watch the noisy aggregator from our room. Reason of room exchange was that my 73 years old father needed help, so I moved with my fiancee to the first floor. The only positive was, that the sea is close - but you can find many hotels like this around. I would never ever go back. PS: forgot the food, I had to go out to eat something that I might like, also no restaurants close with decent price and food. Paid for very low quality gyros and hamburger over €50 for two. A big joke!"

"We had a lot of fun and got plenty of rest. We didn't want to leave. We were there during the holiday, but it never felt crowded. Everything was spotless: rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and bars. The evening shows were fantastic, especially the magician and the 'shine party.' My daughter loved the aquapark. Bircan Hanım's gözlemes (flatbreads) were delicious. The à la carte menu could use a slight change; the pizzas could be better. Also, hot items like pişi (fried dough) and fried eggs could be replenished as they run out. The morning cheese selection could be varied, but overall, there was always good food. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone who contributed!"

"The room was dirty. Only the sheets and towels were clean. We chose it to sleep in at night. We were cold at night as there was only a duvet. The blanket provided in the room was not clean. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and no space to hang laundry on the balcony. The rooms are above the restaurant, so it was noisy. It's a reasonable price, but it's acceptable for sleeping at night."
