I do not recommend, from the word - absolutely !!! What they write in the reviews, bad - TRUTH. What is positive - the sun, the sea and the view of the mountains. I have been to Turkey 20 times, there is something to compare with. If you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't come here. For the first time in my life, after the first day of my stay, I wanted to go home. Yes, at the expense of stardom - a maximum of 2. And then .... With great tension.

The hotel does not match the declared! huge queues for food, flies fly, you can’t eat in peace! All 7 days the food was the same (pasta, rice, fries, nuggets or chicken). Sweets, fish, fruits of all this are not and do not exist. Sometimes watermelon was given. There is no air conditioning in the dining room! A couple of people work in gloves, the rest of the staff work without them, one person can wipe the floors with a mop and cut bread, all this without gloves! Cleaning 1 time in 3 days! There is nothing in the room except drinking water, which is given upon check-in 1 time (shampoo, glasses, a kettle, this is all missing)! There is only one bar and it works intermittently! From alcohol only gin, vodka, wine (not tasty) and beer. The sunbeds on the beach are all broken, there are no urns, rubbish is lying all over the small beach! Entrance to the sea only in special slippers, otherwise you can break all your legs! Internet is paid, $30 for 7 days! The animator in the hotel is only 1, conducts water aerobics and sometimes offers to play games. For shopping in the shopping center, go only to Antalya with 2 transfers (1.5 hours). Personal Transfer about $80 to the shopping center. Of the pluses, a beautiful view from the room, pleasant and polite staff, warm sea.

If you have ever rested in Turkey in 5 * hotels, or at least in Good 4 hotels, you will be shocked) a super economy class hotel. Even the lunch box put on the road was only paid. Wi-Fi is paid. At sea there is no lifeguard, no toilet, no trash can. The only thing that seemed good at first was the staff. Yes, the guys are all polite. But one moment was overshadowed. I bought a SIM card from them, agreed for two weeks. Although I left after 12 days. They agreed in the evening that I would give the SIM card at check-out, at night, and agreed on that. And at 10 pm they sent a boy to pick her up 🤷🏻‍♀️ In total, I was left without communication with the child, I had to pay for roaming again 👎🏽 The dining room is hell. There is nothing to say. No usual fruits, cakes, meat is rare. Some pasta, bulgur and salads. And the queue for 20 minutes, then another to the bar for the same amount ..

Disappointed. Usually they say that the service in Turkey is at a high level, but this hotel undermines everything!!!! It was not thought that such ruins still remained abroad. Do not come here, even if it is not enough for 5 stars, the prices are exorbitant, you don’t know why, you will live "like a g ...... but behind a bathhouse." So, everything started out fine. The animation is good, the staff in the kitchen is excellent. Behind the reception, the staff has only dollars in their eyes. Of course, you can close your eyes to the fact that the rooms are worn out, the TV does not work, the elevator is very tired, the food is monotonous, that is, they cook the same dishes every day, 500 meters straight to the sea through the fetid stench along the alley, but when at the reception, upon departure, we were arrogantly denied an early breakfast, departure to the airport was at 5.30, although the travel agency allegedly said that it should be, the administrator told us that you should ask them. And this is vaunted Turkey, with its stunning service??? We realized for ourselves that this is the UK Kiris hotel we would not want to return to. In Turkey for the first time, the impressions about the service leave much to be desired. This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but it doesn't even qualify for one. I would say this is the Veterans Hospital, everything is Soviet-style. No gels, no shampoos. And this is not the first line, go and go to the sea. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, a lot of broken ones. The coast is dirty. There are also not enough tables for lunch. The contingent here is pensioners 60+. Do not come here, even if it is the most budget option. In Egypt, service and 4-star hotels are much higher, which means there are 4 of them. Go there and it’s cheaper and more pleasant)))))

The worst hotel ever!!! Three times a day cabbage and carrots, breakfast only scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs. every lunch of meat only dry nuggets. For dinner, one type of chicken dish is served daily. Every day the menu is repeated without a choice. Desserts, no sweets, only watermelon from fruits. It sucks. The sunbeds on the pool are torn, on the sea all the plastic is cracked on the sunbeds. Umbrellas small from straw do not save from the sun. In the evening the corridors are dark, the lights are off. The territory is small, no animation! There is absolutely nothing to feed the children. On the 5th floor do not settle very hot from the roof. And don't stay here at all! I would not recommend anyone to ruin your vacation! Just a terrible hotel! P.S. The staff is nice, cleaning on request, bottled water is always available, but it doesn't help...

I rested with my daughter from 08/20/2022 to 08/29/2022. We were satisfied, the hotel is clean, the territory of the hotel is also well-groomed, all the staff are very friendly, always smiling and wishing good morning, afternoon or evening, they asked how are you? (it's so nice and sweet, carers). The room is small but bright, towels, bed linen were changed without asking, beach towels were given out at the reception and changed on request completely free of charge, as they wrote in the reviews)) (I read somewhere that they are issued for a fee of $ 10, in general, this myth). You can buy a SIM card or connect WiFi at the hotel. We bought a SIM card at the airport, the money turned out to be more expensive than at the hotel (999 lira was debited from the card). In terms of nutrition, it’s modest, but there is a choice, everything is delicious, for me it’s even better than a huge choice, you gain and then your pants burst 😁. Animation 🔥🔥🔥, cool guys who give 100,000%!!! I was pleasantly surprised that the staff participates in the competitions, not every "5" has this, with these guys I'm ready to relax in any hotel (Kurban, Arda, Bogdan)! They are amazing, brightened up our holiday and charged with positive. Participate in contests, be active, and the guys will help you with this! By the way, these guys will always help, tell you everything and advise what and where to buy, see. I chose delicious wine for my dad’s DR and Kurban helped me, dad was pleased, it’s perfect and dad said that it’s just the way he likes it. Walk to the sea for 5 minutes, I also think that this is a plus, after a snack you need to move a little). Participate in contests, be active, and the guys will help you with this! I recommend the hotel!

Доброжелательный , отзывчивый персонал ! Большое спасибо Berdi, Arda,Umut за то , что сделали отдых еще ярче и веселее! Вкусная еда , да выбор небольшой, но все приготовлено вкусно! До моря идти минуты 4 , через дорогу перейти и сразу наш пляж . На пляже зонтики, шезлонги все есть , кроме полотенец.
