It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

I’d have to say that the lack of service was my biggest disappoin**ent. No one in the gift shop - and few prices marked. Food was good (everything in Key West is!) but service in the restaurant was really lacking. It’s a fun place to stay if you’re a Buffett fan, but next time I’ll probably try another hotel. Shout out to the shuttle driver into town- great, and on time every time.

Staff was not very knowledgeable and attentive. The sofa bed was not made up & when I notified the front desk & left for 3 hours & returned it still was not made until another call was made. The towels were limited in the room & at the pool were handed out only with a room I d & it was necessary to sign them back or face a fee. This seemed totally obserded for a $800.per nite room. The icing on the cake was a $60. facility fee. I guess that I was wasted away in Margrete Ville.

Very nice property. Smathers Beach in located across the street. Staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. Pool was very nice and open until 11 PM. Short drive to Duval Street. Parking is included in the resort fee which is a plus.

Their service started the day of arrival with complete information about check in and shuttle services that were provided. Staff was always available to answer any questions and help in any way they could. Our room was clean, spacious and convenient to everything on property. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were nice. We love having a separate bedroom. It makes it easy with kids. The popsicles and cookies are always a family favorite as well. We’d stayed at another Margaritaville and this one just seemed less well kept. The big hang up here was the staff was not very helpful or friendly (excluding the shuttle drivers - they were great!).
