The hotel is old and needs renovation. However I somehow forgot because the staff was wonderful. They tried their very best to accommodate for requests and was helpful regardless what we asked.
The first night was a bit rough as the rooms smelled mouldy. I requested for a clean of the air-conditioner in both rooms and it helped a lot.
Should this have been done prior to our arrival? Absolutely! But at least they are responsive and try their very best to give you a great holiday.

位置非常好，靠近海灘，泳池十分漂亮，入住送一杯飲料。問題是空調噪音非常大，實在受不了衹能關空調睡覺，好在天氣不是很熱。

• ทำเลที่ตั้งดี บรรยากาศโรงแรมดีมีความคลาสสิค ทำเลดีมากติดหน้าหาด สระว่ายน้ำดีมากถ่ายรูปสวย ส่วนกลางตกแต่งได้สวยงาม
• ในส่วนของห้องพัก อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ไม่ครบถ้วนยังขาดแปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน และปริมาณแชมพูครีมอาบน้ำไม่เพียงพอสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก 2 ท่าน ทางนี้พัก 2 คืนแต่ไม่มีการเติมให้ แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดเตียงไม่ดีพอยังมีเศษทรายอยู่บ้าง ห้องสวยงามสมราคา แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเท่าที่ควร ห้องน้ำน้ำแรงดี น้ำอุ่นเย็นควบคุมง่ายและเร็ว แอร์ทำงานเสียงดังแต่ความเย็นดีฉ่ำทั่วห้อง
• ในส่วนอาหารเช้าจัดอยู่ในมาตรฐานที่ดีไลน์อาหารครบถ้วน
• การบริการของพนักงานดีให้ความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

Direkt am Strand mit vielen Liegen auch im Schatten. Zwei schöne Pools, einer mit Meerblick. Zimmer sehr groß und bequeme Betten. Service ist super

Этот отель знаем довольно давно, ещё когда он назывался Sentara Khao Lak Resort. После ситуации с COVID-19 в нем конечно много изменилось и не только название. Перестали организовывать вечерние буфеты и мероприятия с кухнями различных континентов, которые раньше были регулярными. Теперь их нет совсем, только завтраки в ресторане и бар у бассейна днём. За всем остальным по вечерам приходилось идти в соседние отели. Персонал доброжелателен и внимателен, заменил и отремонтировал TV в номере, который в первый же день "устал" и прекратил работать. Пляж необходимо и желательно поддерживать в лучшем содержании по чистоте, но это очевидно издержки окончания сухого сезона.
Вызывает большое удивление система ценообразования на номера:(стоимость ночи в марте 2024 г. она одна, а в ноябре этого же года - в 4-5 раз дороже), так же в реальном отельном бизнесе быть не может. Проверял эти цены на Tpip.com неоднократно. Видимо владелец отеля так позиционирует свои финансовые запросы и желания. С учетом местоположения и уровня сервиса этот отель всегда будет иметь постоянных клиентов, любящих отдыхать в Као Лаке.
