Very nice quiet area, beach access also so nice. Shower with soap in a beach... clean toilets. Room welcome us with bath tube covered flower petals. Peronals are very good, understand how to be present without embarrassing.

Beautiful location and hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. On the surface the rooms look good but they are a bit dated with some impractical features and water was dripping from the AC vent. The toilet is semi private which is a bit strange - it sort of connects with the shower area which is not ideal when you are with your partner. Also there are no wardrobe doors even though the shower area is right next to it. The staff are generally nice and friendly but service is very average for a hotel of this nature compared to other boutique hotels, with staff constantly forgetting things from food or drinks orders at the restaurant. Flexibility of breakfast was fantastic though and in general the food was excellent. Encountered some issues with room service on our first evening which were resolved promptly the following day. End of stay was disappointing - we appreciated the hotel were able to extend our check-out by 2 hours to 2pm (and able to use a shower room to get changed later in the day), but they made it abundantly clear that if we wanted the room to 7pm then we would have to pay for another half-day occupancy even though the hotel was definitely not full. If the hotel was at full capacity, we would have completely understood the situation. It all felt a bit ‘budget’ from a 5 star hotel. To make matters worse, during a rainy and cool afternoon, we ended up killing time on sun-beds on the beach before we could use the their shower room. The bizarre thing was that the shower room turned out to be a different guest room identical to the one we had been staying in. Surely it would have been easier to let us stay in our original room for a few extra hours, it would also have saved the hotel from having to clean two rooms. Given that we had arrived very late on the first night, it was not like we were trying to take advantage of them and maximise our stay - we were just killing time ahead of our evening flight. It was all quite a weird end and so not sure we’d go back or recommend this hotel even though the setting is incredibly beautiful. There is a lot of communication provided about the ethos of excellent hospitality while staying in the hotel. This specific action and policy seemed in opposition to these communicated values.

The hotel is not very new, but it is well maintained. The environment, service, and rooms are all very good. The service details are perfect. The beach outside the hotel is soft and long, and the sunset every day is so beautiful. In addition, the swimming pool and the thoughtful breakfast that can be ordered all day are also plus points. In addition, it was Songkran Festival, and the hotel warmly invited guests to participate in their celebrations, allowing us to spend an unforgettable festival together. Thank you very much. The hotel made me feel refreshed after diving, and we will come back

Awesome hotel. The hotel facilities and supplies are all online and of high quality. The hotel is very private and very suitable for couples to vacation. Breakfast is from 6am to 6pm, which is really great. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is also delicious! This time when I came to Phuket, I also stayed in Racha on Koh Racha, but I still prefer Sarojin. Although the price of the last-minute booking is twice the usual price, it is still worth it!

The Sarojin is grand in its senses. It is a seaside accommodation. The atmosphere inside is an open garden. A large lotus blooms in alternating colors of red, purple, and white. Impressed with the welcome from the highly skilled staff. The rooms have complete amenities based on nature and luxury. The simple definition of accommodation is European style at an affordable price. Went to stay for the second time but still haven't completed all the marine fun services. But another thing that impressed me was the food. It's the best and you can't find any five-star hotels in Bangkok like this. Once you come in, you don't have to go looking for food outside the school because the food has everything. It's the expertise in cooking. There will definitely be a time to go again. Another thing is that the swimming pool is really awesome. Going alone is so enjoyable that you almost forget the time to return. I promise to come a third time and so on.

We have recently returned from an amazing week at The Sarojin. The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning and it’s a place where you feel totally relaxed the second you walk in. It’s a place of peace and tranquillity and we didn’t want to leave. But what makes the Sarojin extra special is the wonderful people who work there, who go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable stay. Kade, the Manager greets you on your arrival and makes sure he checks to make sure everything is ok, throughout your stay, as he sees you around the hotel. Wuth, Mon, Pheong, Ma Miew, Noi and all the fabulous staff in the restaurants who serve up the excellent food and drinks - they are welcoming and friendly and ready to make sure you enjoy every minute of your time with them. Jack and Tom from the adventure & discovery team, along with Kareem, who between them were amazing guides on our excursions - making sure the trips were done in true Sarojin style! Memories we will never forget. Jom who hosted us at the private waterfall dinner which was out of this world. We are still lost for words when we look at the photos. Visit the Pathways spa if you get chance - Apple & Nuth worked their magic - the massages/treatments leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. And Benze is the perfect person for getting you into the spa - never pushy, always friendly and ready to recommend the best treatments for you. Overall I would highly recommend The Sarojin - we missed it the minute we left and we have already booked to go back next year.

Absolute luxury, standards are very high here. Enormous pool, lovely beach, attentive staff. The most delicious breakfast, all day, served at your table. Rooms are enormous, giant bath and shower . Excellent cocktails and dinner served by beach was delicious.
